DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION made and executed by and between:

SUPREME DOMINION CONSOLIDATED, INC., a corporation

duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of
the Philippines, with office address at 22nd Floor, The Taipan Place, F. Ortigas,
Jr. Rd., Ortigas Center, Pasig City, represented herein by its President,
STEPHEN L. YU, hereinafter referred to as the “DONOR”;

- and -

BRGY. SIGUEL/BAWING, GENERAL SANTOS, CITY, local

government unit existing by virtue of the Constitution and by the laws of the
Philippine Congress, represented by its PUNONG BARANGAY, REY N.
BENITEZ, hereinafter referred to as the “DONEE”.

WITNESSETH:

That for and in consideration of the DONOR’s high regard, dedication and for the benefit
of the DONEE, and as an act of liberality and generosity, the said DONOR conveyed, ceded and
transferred, as these presents do hereby convey, cede and transfer by way of donation unto the
said DONEE, a certain portion of a parcel of land with lot area of One Hundred Ninety Square
Meters (190sq.m.) situated at Brgy. Bawing, General Santos City, Republic of the Philippines
for the road right of way purposes as needed by the Barangay concerned;

That the above-described property herein donated is to be used exclusively for the benefit
principally of the DONEE;

That the DONEE hereby expresses its appreciation and gratefulness to the DONOR, and
accepts with thankfulness and gratitude in the name of the DONEE the above-mentioned property
from the DONOR;

That the DONOR states for the purpose of giving full effect and validity to this donation,
that the same is not made with the object of defrauding its creditors having reserved to itself
properties sufficient to answer for its debts contracted prior to this date;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto affixed their signatures this
