places. Find the average thickness of the plate from this data.
12. The length of a string of a simple pendulum is measured with a meter scale to be 90.0 cm. The
radius plus the length of the hook is calculated to be 2.13 cm using a slide calipers. What is the
effective length of the pendulum? (The effective length is defined as the distance between the point
of suspension and the centre of the bob).

be the charge Q on the capacitor? Use Q =CV.

of the plate and also the percentage error.
25. The resistance R is the ratio of V and I. Here V = (100 ± 5) volt and I = (10 ± 0.2) A. the. Percentage
error in V is 5% and in I is 2%. What is the total error in R?
