The Importance of the position & role held by the Mujaahideen in the
Current International stage
The important position and role held by the Mujaahideen in today’s International arena has
been greatly undermined by the Muslim world. There are some, unfortunately, who will repeat
claims that, “Jihaad [today] is a very, very small part of Islaam.” The problem with such a
mentality is that it ignores the mammoth conflict that is occurring between truth and
falsehood, belief and disbelief. It is a type of conflict which is deciding how the world will be
shaped within the coming decades for our future generations.
The Prophet, sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam, has said, “The head of the matter is Islaam, its pillar is
Salaat, and its peak is jihaad.” [1] Indeed, there are many aspects to this noble Religion which
hold great importance such as the Salaat, Hajj, Ramadan, Seeking Knowledge, Da’wah and so
on. But the one thing which is unmatched in reward and in some circumstances, the greatest
priority after Imaan [2], is the implementation of Jihaad against the enemies of Allah that are
fighting us. When the enemies of the Religion gather around the Muslim lands like a plate of
food, it is incumbent upon the Muslims to resist that pressure and slavery. [3]
What the Muslims in the West have failed to acknowledge is the “world stage” itself. The
“world stage” is not limited to the borders of ‘Iraaq, Afghanistan, Somalia and Chechnya;
rather, they extend all around the world and are essentially border‐less. The battle takes us to
the limitless boundaries of the “war of ideas” which can be campaigned anywhere from the
3 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
Pentagon to a small mud house in Uzbekistan that has Internet access. This war is being fought
with bombs, guns, rockets, websites, hackers, spies, forums, blogs and minbar’s. It is a massive
battlefield which only accepts the victorious to wipe out every aspect of the opponent’s
capabilities. In turn, future generations will be living off of the fruits of this war and present
mankind ‐ after the dust has settled ‐ with the victorious system of life to live by. Today, it is
Western Democracy based on a pseudo‐Crusade for the sake of oil and Israel [4] put against the
Islaamic Caliphate based on the Islaamic Religion for the sake of Allah [5]. Both sides wish to
see its influence and power in the regions of the far earth, and both sides wish to see the
people acknowledging their system.
In this globalized world of ours, it is nearly impossible to not be a part of the societal fabric that
is affected by this “war on terror.” It is affecting nearly each and every single community either
directly or indirectly. For a person to not have an opinion on this war is an insult to intelligence.
Surely, the Muslim Communities in the West have an opinion on the war ‐ some valid and some
invalid ‐ but overall, it is limited to the apparent injustices and atrocities of the Western
Superpowers. A classic case one will find within the tea‐drinking Pakistani dinner tables is the
saying, “This war is unjust” and “Israel is…” and they give off the feeling of being betrayed and
the hope is very shallow in most of these atmospheres. In addition to it, there is always wide
ignorance portrayed by them regarding the status of the Mujaahideen around the world; for
some reason, our Uncles think that we are still in the 80’s where the Muslim world was just
beginning to find out its abilities in warfare. Sometimes, one would find themselves in the
situation of explaining to them what an IED is ‐ which clearly portrays their immense ignorance
on the current global Jihaad ‐ and then only to be shot down by them with their words, “The
CIA has funded many of these groups… money was given to Usaamah bin Laadin by the Saudi
Regime via the CIA…” Besides the weak verification process [6] and baseless rumors that they
were fed from Newsweek and the Times, it is an abhorrent weakness to see such words coming
out of a Muslim when the current day reality no longer reflects what was of the past.
The face of al‐Qaa’idah has changed dramatically so, for instance. From being a movement of
having a reputation of being slightly anti‐US Government ‐ more anti than the Afghans in the
4 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
Soviet war ‐ to a movement that is leading the slaughter of the soldiers of the US Government
in different parts of the world. Now, various independent Jihaadi movements around the world
have joined hands with them in that struggle from Libya, Algeria, Egypt, ‘Iraaq and other lands.
Thus, it can be no longer argued that there is something fishy about the Usaamah and CIA
connection when in reality, the only thing between the two is the sword.
In addition to the change from the past and how its reflection today is no longer the same
mirror, the opinions of the Muslims have changed with time. The urge for Jihaad for the sake of
Jihaad has ended with the conflict in Bosnia [7] and now the fruits of that experience and
awareness of current day problems have modified and created modern‐day Jihaad movements
all across the world. The Jihaad from Algiers to the Philippines is now focused strictly on Jihaad
for the Caliphate. We are seeing constant reports of the Shari’ah established in Mujahid‐
controlled areas and the number of Shari’ah courts increasing alongside. Giving such glad
tidings to these ignorant Muslims usually ends up with them not believing in it full‐heartedly or
not having much hope in it; and this is due to the lack of Imaan.
With all of this in mind, how can the Western Muslims live in a bubble acting as if the “war on
terror” is not a decisive battle? How is it that they downplay this battle and make their
struggles in the local community seem greater? They become extremely upset upon seeing the
Abu Ghraib photos yet they are not willing to confront this injustice due to their fear of losing
their jobs; and many of them are the same ones who preach on the Friday pulpit that it is Allah
who is Ar‐Razzaaq (The Provider) and not your Company or Government. And even amongst
these people are groups who say that their goal (of the organization) will eventually be met
with Government disapproval, therefore the Muslims are told to have Sabr and to prepare
themselves for extreme difficulty such as losing ones job, chaos in the family, etc. Yet, for the
sake of the greater Islaamic good ‐ which part of it is to speak the uncensored truth in front of
the tyrant ‐ is heavily shunned by these people; they put their organization’s agenda before the
agenda of the Qur’aan and Sunnah.

Why is there an attitude of “seek knowledge of the religion and worldly affairs and seek
understanding between the people of other faiths” yet when it comes to the affairs of those
Mujaahideen that are turning the tables on the “war on terror,” destroying America militarily,
economically and socially (through the use of media and sympathy with the oppressed) there is
an attitude of “we are satisfied in our ignorance… those terrorists are hurting the image of
Islaam.” Do these people not see that it is the Mujaahideen who will be from at‐Taa’ifah al‐
Mansoorah [8] and not the Western Muslims who are satisfied in their openly ignorant
criticisms of supporting the current Jihaad and the soldiers of Islaam?
The bubble that these Muslims live in is one of Wahn. It is the culture of hating death and loving
wealth. By default, it is embedded into the minds of the Western people. People who hate
death will never take risks to live a life that is constantly encircled and harassed by death. They
don’t want to fling themselves into the spears of the enemies when they could be playing their
PlayStation 3 or enjoying their favorite television show or sport whilst eating their favorite
dinner meal. They don’t see a need nor have an urge to meet Allah. To meet Allah as soon as
one can should be the dream of every believer; if this is not the intention of the Muslim, then it
is Satan who is standing on the doorway of their hearts. The hadeeth of not wishing to meet
one’s enemy is not even applicable here as some have tried to indulge in. [9]
Do we profess to love martyrdom the way our noble Sahaabah loved martyrdom? Or do we
shun it in our meetings, give an alternative to it in our Khutbaat, and look down upon it in our
annual conferences? Ishaaq bin Sa’ad bin Abi Waqqaas, may Allah be pleased with him,
narrated that his father told him that ‘Abdullah bin Jahsh told him before the battle of Uhud:
“Let’s go and make du’aa (supplications).” So they went aside and Sa’ad went first. He said: “O
Allah if we meet our enemy tomorrow then let me face a tough fighter so I can fight him for
your sake and he can fight me. Then let me defeat him and kill him.” ‘Abdullah then made his
prayers: “O Allah let me face a tough fighter so I can fight him for your sake and he can fight
me. Then let him kill me and after that cut my nose and ears. So when I meet You, You will ask
me: “O Abdullah! Why were your nose and ears cut off?” I would reply: “They where cut off for
Your sake and for Your Messenger” And then you would say: “Yes, you spoke the truth”. Ishaaq

bin Sa’ad said: My father said: “O my son, the prayer of ‘Abdullah was better than mine. I found
him the end of the day with his nose and ears tied in a string.” [10]
————–
[1] There are quite a few narrations of this hadeeth with varied levels of authenticity. The most
authentic being the one narrated from at‐Tirmidhi from Mu’aath ibn Jabal, may Allah be pleased with
him, where the Prophet, sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam, said, “Should I not inform you of the head of all of
the matter, its pillar and tip and its camel hump?” I said, “Of Course, O Mesenger of Allah.” He said, “The
head of the matter is Islaam, and its pillar is the Salaat, and the tip of its camel hump is Jihaad.” This
narration was declared “Hassan Saheeh” by at‐Tirmidhi in his “Jaami” #2616. It was declared “Saheeh”
by Al‐Albaanee in “Saheeh at‐Tirmidhi” #2616. See “I’laam al‐Muwaaqi’een” 4/259 by Ibn al‐Qayyim,
and “Saheeh ibn Maajah” #3224 by Al‐Albaanee for more information.
[2] In reference to the saying from Shaykh al‐Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy upon him,
“The first obligation after Imaan is the repulsion of the enemy aggressor who assaults the religion and
the worldly affairs.” [Al‐Fataawa al‐Kubra 4/608]
[3] See the books: “Defense of the Muslim Lands: the first obligation after Imaan” by Shaykh ‘Abd Allah
Yusuf ‘Azzam & “Fundamental Concepts Regarding al‐Jihaad” by Shaykh ‘Abd al‐Qaadir ibn ‘Abd al‐
’Azeez & “Mashari Al‐Ashwaq Ila Masari Al‐Ushaaq Wa Mutheer Al‐Gharaam Ila Daar Assalaam” by
Shaykh ibn an‐Nuhaas; these three titles are considered to be amongst the most authentic and
important Jihaad subject‐related books by the ‘Ulema and Mujaahideen.
[4] See, “Forcing God’s Hand” by Grace Halsell and “Jerusalem in the Qur’aan” by Shaykh Imran Nazar
Hosein.
[5] There are quite a few books, articles, statements and fataawa on the purpose of the Mujaahideen
today; most of them being in Arabic. So an English book that would suffice is, “Are the Taliban from Ahl
as‐Sunnah?” by At‐Tibyan Publications & an English‐based documentary from the Mujaahideen that
would suffice is, “State of the Ummah” by As‐Sahab Media.
[6] It is a weak form of verifying the reality because it is a one‐sided view empty of any verification from
the other side (in this case, Usaamah bin Laadin). See the Qur’aan, 49:6
[7] That is not to say that the Muslim fighters did not want to establish a Caliphate or didn’t have it on
their minds. Nay, it was even Bill Clinton who said in his autobiography that the US troops were sent to
Bosnia because of the fear of having an Islaamic Caliphate in the Balkans. The struggle for it slowly
diminished and the focus was on killing the enemies; this eventually spread to Chechnya and it was only
recently when this mentality died there and the establishment of the “Islaamic Emirate of the
Caucauses” revived the intention and goal for the Caliphate.

[9] And we will discuss its reasons in the upcoming article, “‘Do not wish to meet the enemy’ cannot be
generalized“.

The Difference Between Violence and Jihaad
Recently, I heard a woman by the name of Rose Hamid, a well‐known women’s right activist, at
a recent Islaamic Conference here in Charlotte speaking about how there is a growth of
Muslims in Charlotte that are supporting the “violence” overseas. When she said that, many
brothers looked at me and smiled. I smiled as well. It is a shame that she used such a negative
word for her brothers that are defending her religion overseas. It is a shame that she uses a
negative word for those whom Allah has preferred over all the other Muslims. And it is a shame
that she doesn’t attempt to understand the Mujaahideen or even Jihaad itself. I single out her
name because a woman like this needs to be taught a lesson a little more harshly than most
women due to her outspoken nature. In the end, I will always respect her but my respect will
not stop me from correcting her.
There is a stark difference between Jihaad and violence.
Jihaad is to fight ‐ to kill and be killed ‐ for the pure sake of Allah, in order to make His Word the
Supreme. It is an ordained duty in the Qur’aan (see 2:216). Of course, there is the spiritual ‐
more linguistic ‐ lexicon of Jihaad, but we are not dealing with that here.
Jihaad is for lofty goals which are not worldly. Jihaad is not for money, greed, power and so on.
Rather, it is to obtain the pleasure of Allah Ta’aalaa by being in constant obedience and worship
to Him before, during and after the fighting. Furthermore, through this obedience and worship,
many acts of worship are to be achieved such as establishing the Shari’ah on the earth, helping
the Muslims who are in need (whether it be financial, physical, mental support etc.), teaching
the Muslims their Religion, gaining knowledge of the Religion from the Islaamic Scholars and
Preachers, and spreading the Religion to the masses. And this worship goes a step further. It is
to wish and struggle to die as a martyr since with the first drop of blood from the martyr, all of
8 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
his sins are forgiven and the rewards in the afterlife are such that all of the gold in the world
would not be able to make up for it (i.e., the pleasure and honor one will get). And yet, this
worship goes a step further. It is to have Taqwa of Allah ‘Azza wa Jall by refraining from the
evils of the tongue, hand and private parts and to hate for the sake of Allah those things which
He hates as stated in the Qur’aan and Sunnah. It is also to strengthen the bonds of
brotherhood, and trust and to love for the sake of Allah those things which He loves as stated in
the Qur’aan and Sunnah. And it is also to follow the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu ‘alayhi
wassallam, as best as possible by learning and imitating his Sunnah to the best of ones ability
with the sincerest of pure intention. And this Taqwa goes deeper and deeper if you are to muse
over this.
And on top of all of this is that the believer ‐ the Mujaahid in this case ‐ strives to the best of his
ability to reach the highest levels of Taqwa which the Sahaabah’s had reached. The Mujaahid is
in a constant state of worry about whether Allah will accept his deeds and at the same time he
has hope in Allah. So he strives his best to live and die for the pleasure of Allah.
All of this and more is found within the purpose of Jihaad or fighting for the sake of Allah.
As you can see, Jihaad cannot fall under this category of “violence” simply because Jihaad is a
category by itself. It is too pure to be labeled as “violence.”
The negative word violence can be attributed to every struggle that requires warfare except
Jihaad. The goal of the disbelievers is nowhere near the lofty goals of the believers; and this
even applies to the Crusaders during the time of Salahudeen al‐Ayyubi, rahimahullaah. The
disbelievers fight over wealth, oil, status, power, money, greed, lust etc. The highest their goals
can get is when they are defending their nation from a foreign invasion, but even this is done in
the name of nationalism. In Islaam, nationalism is not only forbidden, but it is constituted as
disbelief to fight and die for nationalistic reasons as opposed to religious reasons. Allah does
not accept the efforts of the nationalistic Muslims because He ordained and permitted only one
9 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
form of warfare: Jihaad for the sake of Allah, to make His Word the Supreme and the word of
the Disbelievers the lowest.
And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (i.e., Shirk) and religion should be only for Allah.
(8:39)
Rasool’Allaah, sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam, said,
“…Whosoever fights under the banner of the blind, becoming angry for partisanship
(’asabiyyah), calling towards it, or supporting it and then dies, he dies a death of (one in) the
Days of Ignorance (Jaahiliyyah).” [Reported by Muslim in his Saheeh (6/21), from Abu Hurairah]
Therefore, to equate Jihaad with violence is a great injustice and an insult to the greatest act of
worship in Islaam. To put down Jihaad in any way is to put down Allah Ta’aalaa.
Finally, you may agree with this but still call the Jihaad today around the world as “violence.”
And this is due to what you see in the media as opposed to doing honest research and finding
out what the Mujaahideen themselves are saying and doing (from their sources). I advise you to
read this article in order to clarify this issue to you.
The media does not only have an agenda against the Muslims here in the West, but they have
an even greater agenda against the Mujaahideen who are fighting for the sake of Allah: it is to
tarnish their image so that the Muslims don’t support them in any form.

“…and they will kill the Muslims and leave the idolaters”
“Narrated Abu Said Al‐Khudri: When ‘Ali was in Yemen, he sent some gold in its ore to the
Prophet. The Prophet distributed it among Al‐Aqra’ bin Habis Al‐Hanzali who belonged to Bani
Mujashi, ‘Uyaina bin Badr Al‐Fazari, ‘Alqama bin ‘Ulatha Al‐’Amiri, who belonged to the Bani
Kilab tribe and Zaid AI‐Khail At‐Ta’i who belonged to Bani Nabhan. So the Quraish and the Ansar
became angry and said, “He gives to the chiefs of Najd and leaves us!” The Prophet said, “I just
wanted to attract and unite their hearts (make them firm in Islam).” Then there came a man
with sunken eyes, bulging forehead, thick beard, fat raised cheeks, and clean‐shaven head, and
said, “O Muhammad! Be afraid of Allah! ” The Prophet said, “Who would obey Allah if I
disobeyed Him? (Allah). He trusts me over the people of the earth, but you do not trust me?” A
man from the people (present then), who, I think, was Khalid bin Al‐Walid, asked for permission
to kill him, but the Prophet prevented him. When the man went away, the Prophet said, “Out
of the offspring of this man, there will be people who will recite the Qur’an but it will not go
beyond their throats, and they will go out of Islam as an arrow goes out through the game, and
they will kill the Muslims and leave the idolaters. Should I live till they appear, I would kill
them as the Killing of the nation of ‘Ad.” (Bukhari 9.93.527)

Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
And here we have the criminal nation of “Saudi” Arabia that calls those who rebel against them
as “Khawaarij” and some of their “Salafi’s” try to dare and use this hadeeth to support their war
against the so‐called Khawaarij. Even though it was Ibn Saud that rebelled against the Ottoman
Khilaafah for a few thousand British sterling pounds a month as well as rebelling against the
self‐proclaimed Khalifah of Jazeeratul ‘Arab, Shareef Husain, the “Saudi” Arabian Government
calls all those who rebel against their authority as Khawaarij even though their coming to power
was unjust.
And their famous Qurra’ ‐ such as Sudais ‐ who recite the Qur’aan beautifully is one of the
symbols of the Saudi Nation. These Qurra’ decieve the Ummah with their delicate voice but
they don’t decieve those who can see that they are the stooges of the Saudi Regime,
legitimizing their rule through the use of the Minbar and uglifying all forms of rebellion against
the [Apostate] Regime.
And they take the American’s as their Awliyaa’ against the Muslims of Afghanistan, ‘Iraaq, and
Somalia. They permit the American’s to setup military bases to “protect” the Country as well as
launch offensives against other Muslim lands; all of this, based on a pathetic, illegitimate and
Haraam ‘Ahd (covenant) which they invented. And this comes as no surprise to us since it was
Ibn Saud who explained away his heavy monthly salary from the British as “jizyah.” In addition,
their own troops participate in battles against the Mujaahideen of Jazeeratul ‘Arab ‐
Mujaahideen who wish to see the pure Shari’ah alive in the most holiest land.
And when was the last time you saw or heard of the “Saudi” Regime fighting the disbelievers
for the sake of the Religion? When have you seen them calling to Jihaad fe Sabeelillaah? When
have we seen them calling to liberate al‐Quds from the Jews, Baghdad and Kabul from the
American’s, and Mogadishu from the Ethiopian Crusaders? Was there ever a time when they
called for the revitalization of the Caliphate?
Some will say they incited Jihaad against the Russian invader. The reality is that they only
supported the fight against the Russian invasion of Afghanistan because the Communist
12 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
Ideology ‐ which was slowly spreading around the Arabian Peninsula ‐ was a threat to their
authority. They wanted to remain as the “representatives” of Islaam to the world and so an
ideological threat such as Communism was necessary to get rid of.
Of course, the threat doesn’t relate to America since they had struck oil deals with them and
took them as Awliyaa’ for the sake of gaining wealth and high status in the Dunya. With
America and Britain by her side, the Saudi‐Wahhabi Rule would gain a foothold in world politics,
especially in relation to the Islaamic world. Ultimately, they were respected as “the authority
and ambassadors of Islaam” due to their Kufr of taking the disbelieving Superpowers as
Awliyaa’ and having the support of the ‘Ulema and their bootlickers.
Here is a nation that fools the Ummah with its pure display of religion in the society whilst
hiding their ugly heads behind their checkered Kuffayah. Once they won control over the Hejaz
‐ through wars of deception (and later, their army ‐ the Ikhwaan ‐ broke off when they realized
the corrupt goals), they had the biggest advantage over the Islaamic World: control of the Hajj.
It was this advantage that made people inwardly respect the Saudi Regime due to their care for
the Hajji’s. It was this advantage that made the Muslims respect the Saudi Regime for its
efforts, which in turn, made it difficult for many Muslims to see the Saudi Regime as the ones
who are destroying Islaam. Thus, the reason why we see these immense projects for Makkah.
13 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
Here, we see the wealth of the Muslims being used in such a way where it decieves them and
makes them say, “Mashaa’Allaah!” whilst the Saudi’s are rubbing their hands.
It is our opinion that the ones mentioned in this hadeeth is in reference to Ibn Saud and the
corrupt legacy he has left behind. We ask Allah to destroy the Saudi Regime through the hands
of the Mujaahideen ‐ the Mujaahideen, our only hope after Allah and His Messenger.

Responding to a “Salafi” Critic on the Mujaahideen
Mashaa’Allaah, the following response was done by a Sister [taken from a forum] to a “Salafi”
critic whose tongue is used to make Taqleed of the Saudi Scholars and criticize those who
support the Mujahideen. She wrote:
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah,
I disagree with this statement that you have made and I believe that it is a statement
that comes across to me as a teeny bit arrogant(no offense intended) everytime I hear
it. Just because you do not agree with the loads of other respected scholars, eg Sh Yusuf
al Uyairi, Sh Abdullah Azzam, Sh Al Zawahiri, etc just to name a few off the top of my
head, does not mean that they do not fall under the category of respected scholars of
today. They have a very large following, myself included of sincere muslims who refuse
to sit by idly while Allah’s deen is being raped by so called ‘Muslim leaders’ and the
kuffar. Mind you even the most respected of the classical scgolars were of the view that
anyone who abandons the Shariah of Allah and adopts another form of legislation is a
kaafir. The only reason why the likes of Sh Fawzaan etc are well known amongst the lay
muslims is because they are the ones who have been publicised by the governments
while all others against the government, have their opinions stifled by banning them
from TV programs, public lectures etc. The case of Safar Hawali and Salman al Awdah is
a classical example. And see where it has led Salman al Awdah.
Instead I see it as those whom you choose to label as the ‘extremists’, are the ones who
are balanced, while you are the one who is extreme. That is extreme in your taqleed of
the Ulama who are not infallible. Alhamdulillah you have produced a recording where
Sh Fawzan has said that jihad is fard ‘ayn in Iraq, etc. But what do you have to say when
the same man says anyone who is found trying to go for jihad in iraq to expel the
invading forces should be reported to the authorities because they do not have the
permission of the so called ‘wali ul amr’. So according to Sh Fawzan, it is justified to
imprison, torture and even rape muslim brothers, simply because they have the urge
15 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
and gheerah for the Deen of Allah azza wa jal and want to go and defend their brothers
and sisters in the deen.
Why can we not be allowed to take some and leave some of what the ‘Kibaar al Ulama’
say? Are they infallible? No they are not. The only infallible One, died over 1400 yrs ago.
So now we are suppose to take some of what the Ulama say and leave some. ‘The flesh
of the scholars is poison’ we are always told. But what about the flesh of the
mujaahideen? Are the mujaahideen not the ones who Rasul (saw) said about them that,
even the greatest and most dedicated ‘Ubaad could never get the same reward as a
Mujaahid?
Does that not show the high level of the mujaahideen in the eyes of Allah? Shouldn’t it
automatically tell us that the mujahideen hold a higher status in the eyes of Allah than
even the Scholars? Yet we find it so easy to call them thieves, criminals, murderers etc.
Whereas one does not dare to disagree with any of the Kibaar ul Ulama and he is
branded a ‘khawarij’. This to me is the extremism and not the other way around.
What I cannot get over in particular, is how anyone can dare compare the situation that
existed during the lifetime of the Sahab and the situatuon of today. I think that is a total
insult and disrespect to these great Mujaahideed who are the closest people to the
Most High. Mind you, THE SAHABA DID NOT FORM ALLAINCES WITH THE ENEMIES OF
ALLAH. THE SAHABA DID NOT THROW THE BOOK OF ALLAH BEHIND THEIR BACKS AND
CHOOSE TO DENY AL HAAKIMIYYA OF ALLAH. THE SAHABA DID NOT MAKE RIBA HALAL.
THE SAHABA DID NOT SQUANDER THE WEALTH OF THE UMMAH ON LAVISH LIFESTYLES
AND GAMBLING IN LAS VEGAS WHILE MUSLIM CHILDREN ALL AROUND THE WORLD ARE
DYING OF DISEASE, HUNGER, ETC. THE SAHABA DID NOT SIT BACK IN AIR‐CONDITIONED
PALACES WHILE MILLIONS OF MUSLIMS WERE BEING SLAUGHTERED AND HUMILIATED.
AND LASTLY, AS SURE AS I AM THAT I WILL DIE SOME DAY, THAT IS HOW SURE I AM
THAT THE SAHABA WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SLEEP A WINK IF THEY WERE ALIVE
TODAY TO SEE THE STATE OF THE UMMAH, UNTIL THEY HAD MADE ALLAH’S WORD
16 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
SUPERIOR ONCE AGAIN. So pls brother be careful with the analogies you make because
comparing the situation of Muslim rulers today with the Sahaba is a bit low.
Even the Sahaba, where not followed blindly. They are many instances where we would
see the ordinary man challenge decisions made on behalf of the muslims by the
Khulafa’. And these great men were not too arrogant to accept correction or even take
criticism. Why can we not also support the mujaahideen in their struggle and chastise
them and call them to order when they err? Why must we totally denounce them or risk
being labelled khawarij? Why is there no middle ground when it comes to the
mujaahideen.
All I want my brothers and sisters to remember is that firstly our Beloved(saw) told us
that he feared for us something that was worse than the Dajjal’s fitnah; and that is ‘THE
WICKED SCHOLAR’. Secondly on Yawmul Qiyaamah, Allah will not only throw the wicked
scholar in the hell fire, but also their followers. Why? Becaues Allah’s deen is as clear as
night is from day. And it doesn’t take a well versed scholar to recognise the gross
betrayal of Allah’s deen by the so‐called Kibar ul Ulama. And whether we like to believe
it or not, a large number of muslims have finally woken up to the reality of the situation,
and that is why more and more muslims all over the world have lost respect for a lot of
these scholars, because Allah gave them this Ummah to lead and protect as an amaana
and they have failed miserably.
Wa billahi tawfique. May Allah guide me first and foremost and the whole Ummah of
Muhammad (saw). And may He continue to give the Mujaahideen the strength and
courage to fight and destroy the ‘awliyah of shaytaan without fearing the blame of any
blamer.
Jazakullah Khairan Ya Ukhtee.

Hubbul Jihaad Part 9: A response to the saying, “You can’t go for Jihaad
anywhere, because right now all the conflicts are political and not
Religious”
When the heat is on, and the battle rages, and the men of Imaan and Yaqeen put their full trust
in Allah and call others to support them in the Jihaad against the disbelieving enemy who fights
to establish his Democracy and “freedom” in our lands, there will always be some tongues that
will negate the call and neglect the words and actions of the Mujaahideen; and you will find
these people satisfied with the eye of assumptions and the life of easiness more than being fair
and just by verifying the words and actions of the sons of Tawheed with an eye of hope and a
heart that is longing to meet Allah. The youth get it from the laymen of knowledge, and the
laymen of knowledge get it from the Scholars.
When Salahuddeen called to Jihaad,
The vibrant Youth rushed towards the spears of the enemies,
And the Scholars ran home to their wives.
From the layers of assumptions and speculations of the Mujaahideen do we find the magnet of
excuses that are tied up with one another in the spider web named after the black widow
spider: Wahn. And from the excuses are those who say, “You can’t go for Jihaad anywhere,
because right now all the conflicts are political and not Religious.” And if such an individual is
asked how he came to that conclusion, you will see his pseudo‐intellectual guesswork fooling
those who are easily attracted to beautiful speech.
Have such people conversed or even attempted to look at the works of the Contemporary
Scholars who support the Jihaad? How many hours or even seconds have they spent trying to
dig for information from the Contemporary Scholars that support the Jihaad and how they
18 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
believe it is fe Sabeelillaah? Have they searched these Scholarly works with the eyes of sincerity
and the heart of hope ‐ a heart which hopes it to be convincing and true so that they can
exhaust their efforts for that noble cause? Or were they satisfied with their ignorance and
didn’t see the importance in verifying their doubts?
Verily, with the eyes of humility and with the Jihadi spirit, it becomes clear who is on the Haqq
and who is on Baatil. Those who fight to uplift the Kalimah of Allah ‘Azza wa Jall by fighting for
it, living for it, practicing His Commands, and dying upon it ‐ these, verily these! Are the
successful ones who have sold the life of this world for the next.
Do such doubters doubt the meaning of the hadeeth which is Marfu’ and Mutawaatir as
narrated from many of the Sahaabah such as ‘Umar, Zayd ibn Arqam, Salamah ibn Nufayl,
‘Imraan ibn Husayn, Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqaas, Abu Umaamah, Abu Hurayrah, Jaabir, Thawbaan,
Mu’aawiyah, An‐Nu’maan, Al‐Mugheerah, ‘Uqbah, and Qurrah ‐ may Allah be pleased with all
of them ‐ that the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam, said, “There will not cease to
exist a group from my Ummah fighting upon the Command of Allah, subjugating their enemies.
They will not be harmed by those who oppose them, until the Hour comes to them.” [Muslim:
Kitaab al‐Imaarah #3550]
Since the majority of the Muhadditheen have narrated that it, the pure Jihaad, does not cease
to exist ‐ meaning, it will appear in every age until the Day of Judgment ‐ then surely, there
must be something wrong with your assumptions and speculations, O you who doubt!
And have these doubters in the Jihaad ever asked themselves what makes warfare truly for
Allah’s sake? Have they looked to the Sahaabah and come to the conclusion that Jihaad on the
battlefield can be easily distinguished from “violence” or are they not able to tell the
difference? Do such people know that Jihaad has deep rulings which the Mujaahideen of today
follow to the best of their abilities in the most careful of ways? And do they know that if the
Mujaahideen make a mistake ‐ such as the mistake in Amman when the bomb destroyed the
Hotel when it was only supposed to target the Zionists in their meeting room ‐ they cry over it
19 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
and continuously ask for apology? And do such people know that the Mujaahideen are careful
in their raids upon houses ‐ such as the time in ‘Iraaq when a new fighter for the Islaamic State
was confused about why they shouldn’t raid the house of the Apostate leader in open day light
at a random time and the Ameer told him, “because we do not want to enter the house seeing
the women of the house not wearing Hijaab” ‐ such that they take every precaution before the
attack and make sure that there are neither any Haraam nor Makrooh elements that could
happen? And do such people know that the Mujaahideen condemn the senseless killings and
bombings that kill Muslims and that they regularly cancel their operations if they know that
Muslims will be killed?
Have such doubters of the Jihaad ever looked to the works of As‐Sahab Media, the most
popular media outlet of the Jihaad in Afghanistan? Have such doubters ever looked towards the
works of Al‐Furqan Media and Al‐Ansaar Media, the most purest media outlets in the land of
‘Iraaq? And have such doubters of Jihaad ever looked towards the reports, statements and
works of al‐Fajr Media, Tandheem al‐Qaa’idah bilaad al‐Maghrib al‐Islaamee, Shabaab al‐
Mujaahideen, Global Islamic Media Front, Dawlatul ‘Iraaq al‐Islaamiyyah, Sawt al‐Qoqaaz, and…
and…
Do they even know that such media outlets of the Mujaahideen exist? If not, then this
determines how far their noses have dived into the reality of the contemporary Jihaad! If this is
the case, then surely, they are in no position to say that the battles today are “political” as
opposed to religious. If they do know of these media outlets, do they rely on them or do they
rely on the Kaafir outlets such as BBC and CNN and the Faasiq outlets such as Dawn and Al‐
Jazeera? And if they are aware of the Jihadi media outlets, are they excited about what the sons
of Islaam are doing on the battlefields especially when good news comes out or are they always
wanting to believe that their mistakes is their Manhaj as the Kaafir outlets do so with slickness?
And what does it mean when they say the battles of the Mujaahideen today are “political”? Are
they implying that their fight is secular? Nationalistic? If it were the case, then how does that
make any sense when their “political” goals ‐ which in reality are Deeni objectives ‐ is to
20 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
establish the Shari’ah in every Muslim land and to export the Islaamic State to the world at
large? If it were the case, then how does that make any sense when their leaders and fighters ‐
when not busy with the battle ‐ find their comfort in the reading, recitation, memorization,
musing and understanding of the Qur’aan and Sunnah and they make the Salawaat the
coolness of their eyes? Which of the leaders from the Mujaahideen seemed secular or
nationalistic? Which of them seemed to be “politically” minded and not religiously minded?
Was it Shaykh Abu Mus’ab az‐Zarqawi? Even though he said,
“My treasured Ummah, we are in ‘Iraaq, a stone throw away from the Masjid Al‐Aqsa.
We fight in ‘Iraaq and our eyes are on Al‐Aqsa which will never be freed except with a
guiding Qur’aan and a prevailing sword; ‘but enough is thy Lord to guide and to help’.”
(Al‐Furqaan: 31)
Or is it the Ameer of the Mujaahideen in Bilaad al‐Maghreb, Abu Mus’ab al‐Wadood? Even
though he said,
“All Praises and Thanks belong to Allah, we have enough fighters to make our enemies
lose. It doesn’t matter if they were in hundreds or thousands, because the numeric
factor in the unification doctrine is the last and the weakest of the influencing factors in
the equation of victory or defeat. We have a holy Qur’aan and a pure Sunnah and a
large history that has a balance of tests, and it’s full with examples that prove that the
victory of the believers during all past generations, since prophet Moses until today, is
from Allah. Allah says ‘There is no help except from Allah: and Allah is exalted in power,
wise.’ (Al‐Anfaal: 10) and ‘If Allah helps you, none can overcome you’.” (Al‐’Imraan:
160).
Or is the Ameer of the Islaamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mullah ‘Umar? Even though he said,
“America has tried its best to lead astray and deceive our people, especially women and
children under the name of democracy, women rights and western immoral ideologies.
21 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
But on the other side, the revitalization of Jihad by which the punishment that is being
inflicted by Afghan Mujahideen and Muhajireen Mujahideen on the invaders and its
puppet government has forced America and its allies to admit that the invasion of the
Afghans homeland was a historical error and their destiny is defeat in Afghanistan,
Inshaa’Allaah.”
Or is it the Ameer of the Islaamic State of ‘Iraaq, Shaykh Abu ‘Umar al‐Baghdadi? Even though
he said,
“The issue of al‐Aqsa (i.e., Jerusalem) is an Islamic affair which concerns every Muslim,
and it can’t be restricted in an abominable nationalism nor an infamous patriotism, and
whatever the merchants of al‐Aqsa tried to silence the voices of truth, every Muslim is
concerned about and responsible of freeing al‐Aqsa as every Palestinian Muslim is
responsible of freeing Iraq, Chechnya an other Islamic countries. Allah said, ‘Truly! This,
your Ummah is one religion, and I am your Lord, therefore worship Me (Alone)’.” (Al‐
Anibiya: 112)
Or is it the Ameer of the Islaamic Emirate of the Caucasus, Dokka ‘Umarov? Even though he
said,
“This is why I, for example, stand by my words, and even if I were incapable of
participating in the Jihad (today I take part in the Jihad in the North Caucasus), if there
were no Jihad here in the Caucasus today, I (Insha Allah, if Allah gave me willpower)
would have participated in a Jihad where Muslim brothers are being exterminated,
killed, therefore, it is my position, Islamic position, the position of a free Muslim. I hope,
I wish that all brothers would have the same position.”
Or is it the Imaam of the Mujaahideen, Shaykh Usaamah bin Laadin? Even though he said,
“So every brother from the Mujahideen must reflect and use his mind, and distinguish
between the favorable judgment of the leaders and being intelligent by knowing how to
22 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
value the things and men according to Islam, and must prevent himself to be a blind
follower for the leaders without understanding anything, for those who remained with
the leaders Sayaf and Rabbani in Kabul still support their leaders against the Muslims
despite of all what has happened. They support the Kuffaar against the Muslims and this
is one of things which makes the person as an infidel out of the religion and they are not
excused by making favorable judgment in their leaders. They must disown polytheism
and its people and embrace Islam once again, for how many people apostatized because
of their fanaticism to their leaders without guidance and they must reflect on what Allah
said: ‘And they will say: “Our Lord! Verily, we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and
they misled us from the (Right) Way’.” (33:67).
And we can quote many more leaders, fighters and Scholars of the Mujaahideen from Somalia,
Jazeeratul ‘Arab, Pakistan, Yemen, Lebanon, Ash‐Shaam, Philippines and so on.
So when do the conspiracy theories of the doubters stop? In other words, when does their
abandonment of Jihaad ‐ which is fard ‘ayn today ‐ save them from the Hellfire? Will they
continue in their evil and dirty speculations and assumptions of their fellow Muslims who left
everything this dunya has to offer them for the sake of uplifting the word of Allah ‘Azza wa Jall
with their wealth, tongues and selves even though Allah Ta’aalaa says,
O ye who believe! Avoid suspicion as much (as possible): for suspicion in some cases is a sin.
[Al‐Hujuraat: 12]
Or do you hold these evil assumptions and suspicions of them because you are not willing to
defend Laa Ilaaha Illallaah in the extreme Summer heat of Afghanistan and the bitter cold
breezes in Chechnya? Are you of those who is not willing to sacrifice his life to live under the
clashes of the bullets, the falling of the mortars, the dropping of the bombs, and the spying of
the planes? Or are you of those who has his heart bursting for the love of Jihaad and is willing
to rush to any corner of the earth to meet Allah as an obedient Muslim who died as a Shaheed?
23 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
So the fighting for the sake of Allah in our lands is taking place and you will be of those who will
say, “Had we known that fighting will take place, we would certainly have followed you.” Tell
that to Allah, Rabbil ‘Alaameen! They were that day, nearer to disbelief than to Faith, saying
with their mouths what was not in their hearts. And Allah has full knowledge of what they
conceal. [Al‐'Imraan: 167]
And if such doubters of Jihaad were living on the lands of battle, they would have gone forth.
But since the journey is long and difficult, they would rather live the life of ease with little
difficulties ‐ such as giving speeches and facing criticism from their listeners ‐ than to live the
purpose of life: to obey and worship Allah Alone till death.
If there had been immediate gain (in sight), and the journey easy, they would (all) without
doubt have followed thee, but the distance was long, (and weighed) on them. They would
indeed swear by Allah, “If we only could, we should certainly have come out with you”: They
would destroy their own souls; for Allah doth know that they are certainly lying. [At‐Taubah:
42]
Finally, the Mujaahideen of today establish the Shari’ah in the areas they control. Not only are
there numerous accounts from Muslims but also from Western Journalists where, for example,
they speak of the Islaamic State of ‘Iraaq establishing Jizyah on the disbelievers who are
residing within their control. And in Pakistan, specifically NWFP, we hear and see many times
the Mujaahideen cutting the hands off of the thief, and killing the spies who spy on them for
America. And in Afghanistan, we hear of the implementation of Islaamic Courts to take care of
problems of the Afghan people. And the list continues in the lands of Jihaad.
So how can they be fighting for something secular or nationalistic when the Religion is apparent
from all angles?
O Allah, enable the truthful ones from amongst the Ummah to go out and do not let the evil
ones join us lest they disrupt the pure ranks of the Mujaahideen.

MuslimMatters.org supports Obama, McCain and Jihaad fe Sabeelillaah…
wait, what?
Sounds like an irony from Venus, doesn’t?
Well, let’s take a look.
In this post, one of the authors of MuslimMatters, Mohamed Elibiary, writes an article about his
support for Candidate John McCain. You can watch the video of his interview with FOX News
here. His article is pretty much useless and doesn’t need much analyzing since his Kufr is clear;
how can one vote and support a Kaafir that will rule by other than what Allah has revealed and
in addition, know very well that this Kaafir will fight Islaam and the Muslims under the banner
of the Crusades?
At the end of the article though, he writes,
“Many promoters of “Islamic Radicalism” talk are simple folk who are just scared, who
don’t have a competent President to lead them, and who are victims needing our solid
assistance to guide them.”
Really? We are too scared? I beg to differ since it is people like you who are too scared to
debate us on this issue of Jihaad fe Sabeelillaah. It is people like you who are too scared to
support the Jihaad against the Kuffaar with your tongue, wealth or self. It is people like you who
are too scared to show animosity and hatred to the President, Candidates, US Army,
Intelligence Community and so forth, for the sake of Allah due to their Shirk and open war
against Allah and His Messenger, sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam. It is people like you who are too
afraid to even discuss Jihaad fe Sabeelillah academically due to what the Kuffaar might do!
26 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
Our leaders are certainly not men who commit Shirk nor men who fight Islaam and the Muslims
openly. No, by Allah, our leaders are the ones who are upon Tawheed and who fight the
Disbelievers and Apostates openly until the Rule of Allah prevails. We say that our residence in
America or in the West in general doesn’t change our ‘Aqeedah (belief) regarding who we take
as allies and who we take as enemies. Since we don’t have a Khaleefah, then we support the
leaders of the Jihaad and give them support; and we are proud of our leaders and we ask Allah
to protect them.
It is people like you who are too scared to admit that the American Government and her allies
are the enemies. So please, don’t speak like a man who is known for his rhetoric more than his
actions because it is clear that it is you who is the one that fears them more than you fear Allah
Ta’aalaa.
And how will you be, O Mohamed Elibiary, on the Day when it will be common knowledge with
Allah that you supported the Disbelievers war against His Religion?
How will you be, O Mohamed Elibiary, on the Day when repentance is too late after the verse is
given as a reminder to you: “O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for your
friends and protectors: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst
you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust.”
[5:51]
And how will you be, O Mohamed Elibiary, on the Day when you are reminded of the past
examples of the Salaf who were harsh with the disbelievers and humble with the believers?
Verily, not a soul can escape from the hands of death and from the Day of Questioning.
That’s our message to Mohamed Elibiary.
Going back to MuslimMatters, everyone who visits their website knows very well that they
openly support Obama as well, so we won’t touch upon that since the ruling is the same.
27 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
Now this is the interesting part.
They support Kaafir leaders who are against Jihaad fe Sabeelillaah; and these leaders are as
anti‐Jihaad as they come for the obvious reason that if they were to say it’s legit, then more
people would find it acceptable to fight them. In addition, Jihaad is for pure and lofty goals as
we mentioned in this article, and thus, it is impossible for a Kaafir who is fighting the
Mujaahideen to support their Jihaad.
Yet, at the same time, MuslimMatters put up an article in support of Jihaad fe Sabeelillah as you
can read here. But before I analyze this contradiction, I will be fair with them since the Muslims
are to be fair in their judgments.
If you are going to speak openly in praise about Jihaad fe Sabeelillaah, then you better know
who is doing it, otherwise, it is all empty rhetoric, especially if the disbelievers are able to see
what you are saying. If they hear you say that, then they will automatically assume that you
support the Mujaahideen, but you will say, “No, I don’t support them… they are terrorists… but
I support Jihaad because it’s in Islaam.” Of course, the author of the article didn’t say that, but
to give off the attitude that there are no Mujaahideen today [which the MuslimMatters blog
does in general], then this is hypocritical since that is based on speculation from the Faasiq and
Kaafir media sources. Instead of doing ones utmost ability to understand what the Mujaahideen
of today are doing [from their sources which are made public on forums and this blog], we
often find these Muslims satisfied with what CNN and BBC has to say regarding their matters.
More on this here.
One of the authors of MuslimMatters, Amad, wrote a lengthy comment on that article which
we would like to analyze here. He wrote,
“Jihad cannot be limited to one definition, neither can it be stripped of others. It is a
nuanced word with many shades.”
28 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
Yes, Jihaad does have various shades, but in the traditional Scholarly texts, it is usually referred
to its legal (Shari’) lexicon which is warfare. More on this here.
He wrote,
“The “fighting” jihad has been blogged about or discussed in many websites on a wide
spectrum. One one side we have the wacky ultra‐progressives who think such jihad
never really existed and has no place in Islam. And on the other hand we have wacky
keyboard jihadists who support thugs and terrorists animals that go around blowing up
innocent men, women and children, such as al‐Qaida, and other groups who do the
same in the Muslim and non‐Muslim world.”
Putting blame on al‐Qaa’idah is pure hypocrisy without verifying from their
reports/articles/books/audios/videos/statements/websites. Have you ever analyzed any of
their works with an eye of honesty? Or where you satisfied with the eye of speculation and
disgust upon them? And have you analyzed their understanding of Jihaadee issues such as
Tattarus, issues related to non‐combatants, issues of martyrdom operations, and so on? Or
where you satisfied with calling your fellow brothers in Islaam as “terrorists” because you
believed every report regarding them from CNN and BBC? You and nobody else called them
terrorists until after 9/11; so did you ever find out why they did it and how they derived their
understanding from the Shari’ah? Or did you not bother with it because “they are crazy
people”?
He wrote,
“And I bet these keyboard jihadist will be the last ones to leave their comfy chairs to join
any “effort” (in fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if they are moles themselves to help attract
other individuals into entrapment).”
And when you are typing, are you not using your fingers to fight against the supporters of the
Mujaahideen? So you too ‐ like us ‐ is a keyboard warrior, but for the wrong reasons. We would
29 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
rather support the Mujaahideen with our fingers than to sit silently and let the Ummah
continue sleeping.
In addition, we are already much ahead of you in the Jihaad than you are [and I hope you start
soon...]. Honestly, what are you doing to support the Jihaad with your tongue? And the Jihaad
of the tongue is not only legit but it is a must for those who can use it and are not able to fight;
Rasoolullah, sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam said, “Wage Jihaad against the Mushrikeen with your
wealth, selves and tongues.” [Ahmad] It seems you are only using the “tongue” to slander the
Mujaahideen and their supporters without giving an iota of understanding towards them.
We use our tongue to support the Mujaahideen by showing the importance of the duty of
Jihaad, clarifying misconceptions regarding them, and promoting their works which they have
given to the Ummah as a gift.
He wrote,
“The balanced position of jihad with its conditions and prerequisites is a difficult and
complicated issue, which at least none of the staffers are qualified to discuss. So, we
choose not to. And secondly, we write about what we feel is a priority for Muslims in
the West. We write about what we CAN write about. It is not fair for people to expect us
to write about everything they want to see written, especially when they can find the
same information elsewhere.”
Subhaana’Allaah, difficult and complicated?!
Shaykh ‘Abdullah Yusuf ‘Azzam, rahimahullah, said, “May Allah pluck your eyes out if you don’t
see Jihaad as fard ‘ayn.” Please watch this short translated clip of Shaykh ‘Azzam speaking on
this issue. And this was during the Soviet War against Afghanistan. So what to say about the
American War in ‘Iraaq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Pakistan, Algeria and elsewhere?
Jihaad is fard ‘ayn today and the disbelieving armies have already broken through the gates and
borders of our lands, establishing their Shirk, promoting their falsehood and fawaahish, creating
30 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
Fasaad in our lands ‐ and yet, somehow, Jihaad is not fard ‘ayn when this has been going on for
years… not to mention 50+ years in Filistine. Sure, not all of us are able to go to Filistine and
then change the situation overnight, but what are you doing to change it? The Mujaahideen
have realized that the solution to Filistine can only be properly solved when they overtake the
false Tawaagheet ruling our lands (specifically the ones surrounding Filistine). So they fight with
patience and steadfastness until they are able to reach al‐Quds and fight the Jews until the
rocks and trees speak, “O Muslim, Come! There is a Jew hiding behind me! Come, and kill him!”
So they are preparing with a great plan to bring back the Islaamic State whilst you, O Keyboard
Warrior, are sitting behind your monitor, slandering them and their supporters.
If you haven’t already read Shaykh ‘Azzam’s, “In Defence of Muslim Lands,” then please do so
here. Please don’t bring this “Jihaad is complicated” issue when it’s not. The people either are
excused, or don’t have the ability or have Nifaaq in their hearts.
And if you already know all of this, then please, teach us and guide us and show us where we
are wrong. If you don’t take up that opportunity, then you obviously are just speaking from
wreaking lies. So speak the truth or stay silent if you believe in Allah and the Last Day.
He wrote,
“Why don’t our shayookh write about it? Well, the same question can be asked about a
variety of Islamic issues… why don’t they write about intricate issues of Tawheed, or
issues about hadith sciences, or issues about social responsibility… the point is that they
are extremely busy and they write rarely (unfortunate but understandable). And they
write about what they feel is a priority for the society they are residing in as well.”
This tells me that you don’t take the wars in ‘Iraaq, Somalia, Afghanistan, Sheeshaan, Filistine,
Algeria, Pakistan, Phillipines, etc. with an ounce of sincerity nor seriousness. When Jihaad is
fard ‘ayn, it becomes the top priority of the Ummah no matter where the Muslims reside. This
is a ruling by Ijmaa’. That is not to say Tawheed is not important, but we only say this to make it
clear to you, O Keyboard Warrior, that Jihaad is the most pressing issue today because it is
31 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
happening right in front of our very eyes, all over the world, yet we stay silent. You would
probably do something if America bombed the Ka’aba, but you continue to stay silent when
Muslim blood is spilled by the Kuffaar and their honors (of our women) raped even though
Rasoolullah, sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam, said, “The blood of the Muslim is worth more than the
Ka’aba.”
Of course, there are societal issues to tackle, but the ultimate priority is to protect the blood of
the Muslims since we are supposed to be one body; and as long as we don’t support the Jihaad,
then we are creating disunity in the Ummah by inventing our own priorities and ignoring the
real issues. The real issue is not the social or economic issues in America such as gas prices,
poverty and anti‐Islaam rhetoric; no, the real issue is the blood, wealth, honor and lands of the
Muslims being violated by the enemies of Islaam all whilst we sit silently and criticize those who
defend our lands with the weapon.
He wrote,
“I mean look around: many of our youth are leaving Islam, not just stopping its practice.
Many of our youth and even adults are addicted to haram (check out the porn addiction
post, one of the most popular on MM). Many of us don’t know the basics and
fundamentals of our religion. Many of us don’t even take some time to do dawah to our
neighbors and our non‐Muslim acquaintances. Yet, we are ready to “sacrifice our lives”.
Why don’t we first focus on straightening ourselves, our families, and our communities?
Let’s work on the little change we CAN make, and then worry about changing the
world.”
This is a very shallow argument to abandon a fard.
Would you say the same thing to abandon Salah or Fasting in Ramadan?
Of course not, because it is a fard upon every Muslim; and so is Jihaad in this era. And I say with
confidence as have our Scholars before us that when Jihaad is fard ‘ayn, it is as obligatory as the
32 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
Salah and Fasting in Ramadan. So we rush to the defense of Islaam and fight off the enemy
disbelievers, establish the Shari’ah and travel with the caravan of Jihaad wherever it takes us
until we receive martyrdom.
Doing Da’wah is essential and whenever one has free time, they should do it. But in the long
run, they must prepare themselves for the bigger picture, which is Jihaad fe Sabeelillaah; on the
path to Jihaad, Allah will test us through various means in order to purify us. So if I see a
harmful piece of object on the road that can hurt others, I will remove it; or if I see a Muslim in
the Masjid insulting Islaam, I will forcefully stop him. The point is, whatever situation Allah puts
us in, we must fulfill our roles as Muslims and at the same time, preparing for the bigger
picture.
But if I were to say, “these societal issues such as the dangerous objects in the road and the
Murtad’s in the Masjid… these things hinder me from the bigger picture and I must focus on
these things for the rest of my life,” then this is abandoning Jihaad and this is a great sin.
Allah has given you the ability to speak and write well and the ability to study this Deen, so use
it to understand and support the Mujaahideen (as opposed to slandering them) ‐ even with
your tongue or with your du’aa. This is part of your test here. We are all on the same highway;
every single Muslim. When you drive on the Highway, you will encounter certain obstacles or
difficulties such as paying for gas, paying for food, being patient in heavy traffic, fixing any
issues with the car etc. If you forget that there is a destination to reach at the end of the
highway ‐ which is Shahaadah in this case ‐ and only focus on these side obstacles and
difficulties (such as the social issues and Da’wah), then verily, you don’t know the meaning of
sacrifice and you have become one of the billions of lost sheep of the world.
The great Scholar of Islaam, Ibn al‐Qayyim, rahimahullah, said,
“As for Jihad, and commanding the good and forbidding the evil, and being true to Allah and His
Messenger and His servants, and giving victory and aid to Allah and His Messenger and His
Religion and Book, then these are obligations that do not even occur to them, let alone be
33 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
desired or implemented by them. And the lowest in people of religious commitment, and worst
of them in the Sight of Allah are those who abandon these obligations, even if they abstain
from every single one of the worldly pleasures. And you see very few of them having their faces
turn red because of the limits of Allah being violated, or exerting their effort in aiding His
religion. The situation of the major sinners is better with Allah than these.” (Uddat as‐Sabirin; p.
121)
To conclude, it is hypocritical to support the men whose ‘Aqeedah is Shirk and simultaneously
support the men whose ‘Aqeedah is Tawheed. In other words, how can you support and elect a
Kaafir leader such as Obama or McCain or Bush who is fighting the leader of the Muslims in
‘Iraaq ‐ who is Shaykh Abu ‘Umar al‐Baghdadi ‐ or the leader of the Muslims in Afghanistan ‐
who is Mullah ‘Umar ‐ or the leader of the Muslims in Somalia, or Algeria, or… or…
A Muslim can only support one ‘Aqeedah: the ‘Aqeedah of Tawheed.
How can one show support for Obama and McCain and Jihaad fe Sabeelillaah when Jihaad fe
Sabeelillaah is fard ‘ayn against their Army and absolutely legitimate in the Shari’ah against
the army of Obama or the army of McCain (and in today’s case, the Army of Bush)? If this is not
being two‐sided, then I don’t know what is!
The bottom‐line is, if you are going to show support for Jihaad openly, then you better do your
best to understand the Mujaahideen because they are the ones who practice Jihaad and they
are the ones whom Allah has preferred over all Muslims. It makes absolutely no sense to
support Jihaad so openly and yet show absolutely no support for the Mujaahideen; it is a
weakness on your part to research who the Mujaahideen of today really are. If the author of
the article decides to quit MuslimMatters or gets kicked out from it, then it is a different issue;
but if the author (who is Anonymouse, by the way) continues to stick to MuslimMatters, then
this is not an issue with the author but an issue with MuslimMatters as a whole. It tells us that
they have a split personality or rather a split ‘Aqeedah: Belief in Allah and Allegiance to the
American Government’s war against Allah.

And there is no belief without rejection of the Taaghoot.
You are either on the camp of Kufr or in the Camp of Imaan; to support both sides is to be on
the camp of Kufr. And there is no such thing as being neutral.
O ye who believe! if any from among you turn back from his Faith, soon will Allah produce a
people whom He will love as they will love Him,‐ lowly with the believers, mighty against the

The majority is not a proof that something is correct
Whatever the majority is upon today in their decisions, doesn’t mean it is correct. The only time
the majority is correct is when it is in reference to Ijmaa’ of the Salaf. Otherwise, the truth can
be with one man ‐ like Abu Bakr, radiyallahu ‘anhu ‐ or with a group of fighters like the
Mujaahideen during Shaykh al‐Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah’s time.
Today, we see that people are using the majority as an excuse to shy away from the daleel.
They say for example, “the majority of Scholars are with the opinion that martyrdom operations
are haraam…” when it is possible that their weight is nothing or small on the scales of daleel
when compared to the minority Scholars. The Haqq is with the one who follows the Haqq itself;
it is true that the Scholars are the heirs of the Prophets, but they are not the Prophets
nevertheless. So their opinions are not infallible; rather, if the book and the Sunnah proves
them to be wrong, then we accept that fact. The Ghuraba’ will not be from the majority of the
Ummah, yet they will be on the Haqq although their method will seem strange to everyone
including the Muslims.
Shaykh Salih Al Fawzan said in Sharh Masa’il Al Jahiliyah (pg. 60‐62):
“Imaam Muhammad bin ‘Abdil‐Wahhaab ( rahimahullaah) said:
From the greatest of their principles was that they would be deluded by the majority,
using that to determine the correctness of a matter. They would also determine the
falsehood of something if it was strange and that its’ adherents were few. So Allaah
brought them the opposite of that, clarifying this in many places of the Qur’an.
The explanation:
From the characteristics of the people of the Days of Ignorance is that they would view
the majority as proof that something was true and the minority as proof that something
was false. So according to them, whatever the majority of the people was upon, that
was the truth. And whatever the minority was upon, that was not the truth. In their
39 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
eyes, this was the balance used to determine truth from falsehood. However, this is
wrong, for Allah says:
“And if you obey most of those on earth, they will mislead you far away from Allah’s
path. They follow nothing but conjecture, and they do nothing but lie.” [Surah Al‐
An’aam: 116]
And He says:
“But most of mankind know not.” [Surah Al‐A’raaf: 187]
And He says:
“And most of them We found to be not true to their covenant, but most of them We
found indeed to be evil sinners.” [Surah Al‐A’raaf: 102]
So the balance is not the majority and the minority. Rather, the balance is the truth. So
whoever is upon the truth, even if he is by himself, he is the one who is correct and
deserves to be emulated. And if the majority of the people are upon falsehood, then it is
obligatory to reject them and not be deceived by them. So consideration is given to the
truth. This is why the scholars say: “Truth is not known by way of men, but rather men
are known by way of the truth.”
So whoever is upon the truth, then he is the one we must follow and emulate. In Allah’s
stories about the prior nations, He informs us that it is always the minority that is upon
the truth, as Allah says:
“And no one believed with him except for a few.” [Surah Hood: 40]
And in a hadeeth in which the nations were presented to the Prophet, he (sallAllahu
‘alayhi wa sallam) said that he saw a prophet that had a small group of followers with
him, and a prophet that had a man or two men
40 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
following him, and another prophet that had no one with him. So consideration is not
given to which opinion or view has the most followers. Rather, consideration is given to
its’ being either true or false. So whatever is true, even though a minority of the people
or no one is upon it – so long as it is the truth – it must be adhered to, for indeed it is
salvation. Falsehood is not aided by the fact that it has a majority of people following it,
ever. This is a determining measure that the Muslim must always abide by. The Prophet
(sallAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:
“Islam began strange and it will return back to being strange as it began.”
This will occur at the time when evil, calamities and misguidance increase. So no one will
remain upon the truth except for the strange ones amongst the people and those who
extract themselves from their tribes (for the sake of their religion). They will become
strangers in their society. The Messenger (sallAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) was sent while
the whole world was submersed in disbelief and misguidance. And when he called the
people, only one or two answered his call. It was only until later on that they grew to be
many.
The tribe of Quraish, not to mention the whole of the Arabian Peninsula and the whole
world, was upon misguidance. And the Messenger of Allah (sallAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam)
was the only one calling the people. So those that followed him were few with respect
to the entire world. So consideration is not given to the majority. Consideration is only
given to what is correct and to achieving the truth. Yes, if the majority of the people are
upon correctness, then that is good. However, the way of Allah is that the majority of
the people is always upon falsehood.
“And most of mankind will not believe even if you desire it eagerly.” [Surah Yoosuf: 103]
“And if you obey most of those on earth, they will mislead you far away from Allah’s
path. They follow nothing but conjecture, and they do nothing but lie.” [Surah Al‐
An’aam: 116]

The ones “hurting” the image of Islaam are the socalled “Moderates”
and not the “terrorists”
There is a lot of talk about how the “terrorists” are the ones who “hurt” the image of Islaam.
Some say, “We try to promote Islaam as a peaceful religion, and then we have these Muslim
terrorists who distort the religion into a violent ideology.”
We respond to such people as follows:
By throwing Jihaad in Allah’s Cause away, abandoning those who establish the Shari’ah upon
the earth, not implementing al‐Walaa’ (allegiance; loving for the sake of Allah) and al‐Baraa’ah
(disavowal; hating for the sake of Allah), befriending the disbelievers and bridging “gaps” with
them and “understanding” them without implementing an ounce of this same practice with the
Mujaahideen and their supporters… all of these things have made these so‐called “moderates”
hurt their own image in the Akhirah. It seems that they care more about their image in this life
than the next.
Our obligations as Muslims will remain till the Day of Judgment. The disbelievers will not love
Jihaad, Shari’ah, Khilaafah, Al‐Walaa’ wal Baraa’ah unless if Allah guides their heart. Otherwise,
we should realize this at the forefront and not fall for the traps of the disbelievers that the
Mujaahideen today are “terrorists” when in reality they are uplifting the word of Allah Ta’aalaa.
The reality is that such “moderates” are looking at Islaam from the perspective of the
disbelievers rather than the perspective of al‐Mu’mineen. When the Prophet, sallallahu ‘alayhi
wassallam, and the Sahaabah launched their siege upon the disbelieving city of at‐Taa’if and
launched catapults that did not distinguish between civilian and army, did the Muslims in that
city cry out that the “terrorists” are hurting the image of Islaam?
And the reason why these “moderates” hate the “terrorists” so much is because they listen to
everything the media feeds them regarding such noble people. So if the media claims that the
Islaamic State of ‘Iraaq bombed a marketplace that killed 100 Muslims, the “moderates” will
43 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
accept this without verifying; and this is a type of disgusting Nifaaq where one would rather
believe in the Kaafir than the Mujaahid even if the Mujaahid condemns it.
A type of Islaam which is concerned more about its glamorous looks in this life than its
obedience to Allah is a type of Islaam which the ignorants and hypocrites adopt and which the
United States Government promotes and funds. This is the type of Islaam that hurts us because
it diminishes our honor in the eyes of Allah Ta’aalaa and it makes us the pawns of the
disbelievers who are not satisfied with our religion. The Islaam of the Mujaahideen and their
supporters, however, is the Islaam which will move us forward on the horses of dignity and will
bring us closer to our Rabb on the Day of Judgment.

Why we don’t condemn the Mujaahideen
Some ask us why we don’t condemn the Mujaahideen.
We say to them:
We will never condemn them in order to please your hearts. We speak what is good and leave
that which is evil. The honor belongs to Allah, His Messenger, and the Believers and not the
disbelievers.
If what the Mujaahideen are doing is something not permissible under Islaamic Law, then we
will stay quiet and pray to Allah for guidance (for them). Never will we condemn them to make
you happy because they are still better than the disbelievers due to their belief in Allah and His
Messenger.
And all the praises and thanks belong to Allah. We never have to find ourselves making
supplication to Allah to guide them from their errors because they do things in accordance to
the Shari’ah. It is only the media that distorts their image, throws accusations upon them, and
purposely lies to the public about their affairs labeling them as terrorists, fundamentalists,
radicals and so on. It is hypocritical of the media, generally speaking, to apply such labels to the
Mujaahideen but fail to apply an iota of it to the American Government; she bombed Hiroshima
and Nagasaki and killed countless of civilians, yet people are too cowardly to call her a terrorist
state. People should be remembering this extreme terrorist action for centuries upon
centuries!!! Much before the ‘Iraaq invasion, she bombs it with the chemical weapons which
have now destroyed the generations of ‘Iraaqi citizens that grow up and this has resulted in
over a million deaths. Currently, she supports the most terrorist state on the planet, Israel, and
supplies it with billions of dollars in weaponry which only kills both defenseless Palestinians and
Palestinians who are defending their land from the occupation as freedom‐fighters. And the list
goes.
If America is not a terrorist state, then I don’t know what is.
45 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
One only deserves to be in a mental asylum to not call America a terrorist Government whilst
knowing of all these atrocious crimes she committed. And when 9/11 ‐ an act of retaliation for
America’s terrorism ‐ is done and kills 3,000 people, it seems that America is no longer the
terrorists (and I’m not saying that she was even called a terrorist state beforehand!!!) and that
she never committed a crime and was totally “innocent” like a newborn baby.
Now that is what you call good brainwashing by the media. To those who have further
knowledge, they know it is in the hands of the Zionist Agents. It’s absolutely amazing and
fascinating that the media can cover up the atrocities of America so well ‐ such as the dropping
of the atomic bombs on the helpless women and children of Japan ‐ and focus heavily on how
the Mujaahideen are terrorists when in reality, they were retaliating (just as America retaliated
upon Japan, but in a more sick way).
It is as ‘Abd ar‐Rahmaan al‐Faqeer said regarding the media’s brainwashing against the
Mujaahideen,
But we are very much astonished when the enemies attempt to make
The rare happenings a general event,
And individual mistakes a methodology,
And from the decrees, a way of dealing,
And then there are people who believe them.
The Mujaahideen are those who practice Jihaad, and not violence; indeed, the media and
government want you to believe that the sons of Islaam practice violence.
Rather, it is the American Government that practices violence. She invades our lands in the
name of liberation only to bring destruction upon the earth. She comes to our lands to spread
her filth, disbelief and criminal activities ‐ and if one soldier rapes a Muslim sister, we judge the
entire Army and not just him alone due to the fact that they as a whole have illegally invaded
our lands as a violent foreign occupation. Every soldier becomes an ambassador of America

whether he likes it or not; he is representing America. We never accepted the invasion so you
should never expect us to accept the cries of forgiveness and apologies on behalf of its soldiers.

Ethics of War followed by the Mujaahideen
The following is taken from the forums. Since the media has completely tarnished the image of
the Mujaahideen worldwide, the following article will give a new breath of life into the
understanding and mentality of the soldiers of Islaam and their immense piety. This will
surprise many Americans and should get them to think about how careful the sons of Islaam are
versus the carelessness of the American Army in general. There are many similar stories like the
one below, so this comes as no surprise to those who are aware of the ethics of the
Mujaahideen. We provide this article to show the reality of the other side… a side we don’t
hear about often except in negative terms:
Translated by Umm Saad
Once a new member joined the group of Al Qaeda organization at the beginning of the
American occupation when they required one more member to complete the shortage of men
in order to carry out an operation
That group was an elite group that worked silently, efficiently and expertly. Their number did
not exceed 9 but they were 9 human lions led by a defiant Lion, who I can not describe, for my
words might fall short in describing his greatness. Can I describe his adherence, or his bravery
or his generosity or his liberality or his mental insight or his excessive intelligence?
And we exalt none over Allah.
I had parted with that man (Amir), perhaps for several years, and when I met him again and
came to know that he is from the pure men of Al Qaeda I said in myself‐ Woe to you America!
What will happen to you if such are the men of Al Qaeda?
I do not know the mental abilities of “Muhammad Atta”, except what is revealed of his
cleverness through the September attacks, but I think this Amir, exceeded the intelligence of
Muhammad Atta by, say for, a 100 times.
48 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
So you can imagine how enormously clever this man was!
And I am not exaggerating.
I will not prolong in his description for the subject here is to describe an incident that took place
before me.
I was amazed at it, just as you will be, I suppose.
And when you will compare between what I say, and what the enemies are portraying about
the Al Qaeda’s ethics in war.
That group decided to perform an assassination operation on one of the Top officials working in
the interior ministry at the beginning of its setup after the occupation. The plan was that the
brothers would spread around the house of the puppet and over one of the bridges, close to his
house that was guarded by some of his private guards. The (zero hour) hour of attack was when
the puppet would attempt to come out of his house.
That man had been watched and kept under surveillance for more than a month so the timings
were very accurate. The group was in its base revising the plan of the attack and reminding
each member of his duty and the Amir was trying to reply to the questions that might be have
occurred to the brothers, especially that new member for who this was the very first operation.
And because he wanted to follow them when he came to know that they are an organization
and that they are adherent and well planned.
The Amir was engrossed in explaining the plan and reminding the group of what elevates its
determination.
The new member was very excited and he wanted to express some of his (many) questions as is
the case with most of the new members in any place, and his first question was directly against
the plan.
49 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
“Why should we wait for that puppet instead of attacking him? Why don’t we enter into his
house and get rid of him inside the house after a quick raid operation killing his companions?”
The Amir kept quiet for a while as if trying to absorb the outburst of that new member in
working with them, then he said to him,
“We cannot raid into the house fearing the presence of unveiled women, and from fear of
seeing what we are not supposed to from the women of the house. And we would not like to
disobey Allah when we have come out to obey Him.”
The new member was amazed at the reply, for he was not used to the idea of a project being
limited with what would hinder the application of steps to accomplish the goals.
Is it possible for a group that is attempting an assassination operation with all the difficulty and
risk it involves to increase the difficulty of the operation by trying to implement Islamic laws?!
The member did not think that there was a group that adhered to such strict Islamic thinking or
tried to implement the Islamic limits that the group had taken as established rules in the details
of its operation, no matter how small it is!
After he grasped this answer with difficulty, he murmured a little and them came up with a new
question saying,
“As long as we know when that puppet is going to come out, why don’t we plant a roadside
bomb at his doorstep and finish the matter?”
The Amir said, “We have done that before, but the Shiite neighbors would discover the bomb
and inform about it.”
The new member replied in less haste, “Then, let’s blow up the road itself for they deserve to
die because they help this man and because they are Shiites.”
And perhaps because he knew what the answer would be he jumped to another question
50 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
“Lets suppose that one of the passersby recognizes one of us, what should we do? Can we kill
him in order to protect the secrecy of our identities?”
At that time the man was thunderstruck with the answer he received
The Amir said,
“Who has permitted you the blood of that man?”
He replied,
“We have come out in the way of Allah and our safety is preferable over the safety of the
general.”
The Amir was amazed at the answer and said,
“If you bring to me (Islamic) legal evidence that permits the killing of that man for this reason
then I will permit you to kill him.”
The man became silent for a while as if telling that I do not have a legal evidence and then said,
“Then what should the person who has been found out do?”
The Amir said,
“If one of the group member, supposes that he has been found out by one of the passersby,
then he is supposed to leave his house and the area in which he is and discover another area
where he can hide himself and is not found out.”
The new member said,
“I should leave my house and leave him?”
The Amir said,
51 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
“Yes.”
In the plan the position of the new member had been specified on the bridge which was a little
aloof from the rest of the group and was a little risky as to falling in captivity.
So he returned to asking another question after being shocked by the previous answer.
“What if one of us is surrounded by the police and we fall in their hands during the operation?”
The Amir said,
“We will not leave the member get arrested and we will defend him and release him no matter
what it takes.”
At that time the new member was satisfied, and he went out with the group enthusiastically
after he felt for the first time that he is doing Jihad according to the Islamic Shari’ah and its
ethics and not according to the Shari’ah of “Ba’ath” or “National” or the “goal justifies the
action” that is followed by most of the Iraqis.
I swear by Allah that what I have related is the truth and it happened before my eyes, with
some alteration in the words.
I would not make this promise had I not suspected some of the people to say “These are mere
rumors.”
And if I try to tell you the behavior of some of the Arab Mujahideen who fought and died
because of it, then you will be amazed all the more.
Yes there are some mistakes, and there is no group that doesn’t do mistakes, except if it is
doing nothing!

See my dear brothers, May Allah guide us.

Mujahideen in War, will there remain anyone who would admeasure the Mujahideen or
abandon or criticize them.
It is a battle of hearts; if we win the hearts of our enemies then we might occupy their lands

Clarification of the rumor about Jaish Al Islam’s targeting stores and
others
Praise is to Allah, the victory granter to the believers and the subjugator of the proud and
arrogant tyrants, and there is no transgression except on the transgressors and the Destiny is
for the believers and peace and blessings of Allah, on the Imaam of the Mujahideen, and the
Commander of the pious and on his righteous family and companions
To Proceed
Allah the Truth, the Almighty has said
“O ye who believe! If a sinner comes to you with any news, ascertain the truth, lest ye harm
people unwittingly, and afterwards become full of repentance for what ye have done..”
(Surah Al Hujuraat, Verse 6)
Allah has made it obligatory on the people of Imaan to ascertain the news brought by sinners
who target the pure ones with their ignorance, and what greater sin can these sinners be
practicing than the violation of the order of Allah the Almighty and establishing the cursed
Tyrannous rule on the sons of the Muslims and aiding their false methodology, disguising for
the people the matter of their religion and are plotting against the people of Truth, (But the evil
plot encompasses only him who makes it (Surah Fatir, Verse 43)). They have set up a perfect
evil plan to trap with it this religion, and distort the picture of the correct methodology (Manhaj
As Saleem), and they have done this by setting up suspicious groups that blow and burn some
stores of Muslims, and the voices are raised accusing the Jaish Al Islam, with every force, in
Gaza. Every time a man is killed or a store is blown they attach the accusation to its (Jaish Al
Islam’s) men, making this a way to fight the people of Islam, and arresting them and torturing
them and chasing after them and spying on them and then bargaining with them in the
interrogation and torture bases to spy against their brothers, so O Allah, how lowly are those
who have disbelieved in Allah by fighting His helpers
54 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
Stopping evil with ones hand has its own legal rulings and rules that must be adhered to, and
Jaish Al Islam has explained this to the people of Gaza, and we do not exalt ourselves over
Allah. We are completely separate from the political maneuvers and worldly wants, and the
sectarian clashes, and in our war we are marching with the book of Allah and the Sunnah of His
prophet with a clear understanding and correct application and we do not acquit ourselves
from a deed we do or hide in the night or behind the curtain and history is witness to this. As
for blowing the shops of Muslims after their refusal of the exposition of excise and taxation or
for a flag or banner or group then it is nowhere in Islam
And we declare clearly and openly in this regard that:
First‐ we remind every one that we are being patient, the patience of a tolerant and capable of
punishing, those who are arresting and torturing our Mujahideen, and the oppressed is not
blamed when he punishes his oppressor
Secondly‐ we warn against a Sufi–Shiite project that is appearing on the horizon and planting its
legs on the ground. Aiming to ruin the land, and accuse the Mujahideen to repel the people
from it, and Iraq and Lebanon are the best example of that
Thirdly, we acquit ourselves to Allah, from attacking the peaceful Muslims and ruining and
destroying their shops and what is occurring now of targeting the Muslims and their money and
what is happening right now is just a step from the steps of this Sufi project
Fourthly, we assure our Ummah that we will, by the aid of Allah, be the head of the arrow in
combating this spiteful Sufi project and its agents and that we seek the help of Allah Alone for
this.
Fifthly, we call every Muslim who has been targeted with kidnapping and explosion or other of
the disavowed acts to contact any Mujahid from the Jaish Al Islam and to ascertain through him
and if it is confirmed then the doer will be punished who so ever it be even if it has been of a
personal motive, whim, plot or stratagem.

Where was the voice of the socalled “Salafi’s” when…
Where was the loud voice of the so‐called “Salafi’s” when the Crusaders invaded our ‘Iraaq?
Or was their tongue too busy attacking the actions of the Mujaahideen which they came to
know of from al‐Jazeera, CNN and their likes?
Where was the loud voice of the so‐called “Salafi’s” when the Crusaders attacked Afghanistan?
Or were they using that loud voice to spit their venom upon the Mujaahideen and how they are
defending their land without a Khaleefah?
Where was the loud voice of the so‐called “Salafi’s” when our sisters were being raped and
gang raped in ‘Iraaq and Afghanistan by the Americans?
Or were they making excuses to one another that they have an ‘Ahd with the perpetrators?
Where was the loud voice of the so‐called “Salafi’s” when the Raafida Shi’a Death Squads in
‘Iraaq were drilling holes in the bodies of the Sunni men, raping the Sunni women till death, and
torturing the Sunni boys for being upon Ahl as‐Sunnah?
Or were they satisfied with merely calling the Shi’a as Ahl al‐Bid’ah?!
57 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
Where was the loud voice of the so‐called “Salafi’s” when the Qur’aan was flushed down the
toilet and shot by a sniper rifle?
Or was it busy screaming against the Mujaahideen for being Khawaarij?
It’s quite ironic that they call us Khawaarij for rebelling against the Saudi Government yet the
Saudi Government came into existence by rebelling against the Ottoman Khilaafah and
Khaleefah for a monthly stipend from the British.
One of the traits of the Khawaarij is that they are harsh towards the believers and humble
towards the disbelievers.
And they [wrongly] say that one doesn’t have to fulfill all of the traits of the Khawaarij in order
to be Khawaarij. So according to their own logic, they are the dogs of Jahannam.
So let those with eyes, see. And let those with ears, hear.

A word on Unity
Unity seems to be a hot issue nowadays due to the fighting between Ahl as‐Sunnah and the
Shi’a. Such people who call for unity with the Shi’a are the Juhaal and do not follow the Salaf
but only their desires. But this is not what I want to address. Rather, I want to address
something related to the core of the Unity issue: understanding.
Those who call for unity nowadays focus on “understanding” each other for the purpose of
clearing misconceptions so that they can come together. So, for instance, they will try to
understand each other on minor fiqhi differences ‐ between Shafi’ and Hanafi for instance ‐ and
this is fine. But the hypocrisy that is evident from the majority of these people is that they don’t
apply this same principle to the Mujaahideen.
It seems that whatever the Muslims in the West or East hear about the Mujaahideen in the
news, they swallow it entirely without trying to reach an “understanding.” Meaning, they don’t
even attempt to find out the perspective of the Mujaahideen and instead rely on the media
which they already know is biased. So if, for instance, a bombing takes place in the
marketplaces of ‘Iraaq, they don’t even attempt to find out if the Mujaahideen condemned it or
repeatedly condemned the killing of Muslims in the past. Thus, the ideology of the media
59 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
regarding the Mujaahideen ‐ which is to discredit them and their efforts ‐ is implanted in the
minds of the Muslims.
The result is something which we see and experience today: complete ignorance, hatred and
condemnation of the Mujaahideen who are fighting for the pure sake of Allah. The irony, once
again, is that these type of Muslims are aware of the evils of the media yet they don’t apply this
when it comes to the media tarnishing the image and actions of the Mujaahideen. This type of
result is dangerous for future generations who will eventually split into a type of mainstream
mentality which doesn’t give an ear to the Mujaahideen; and already, we are seeing strong
signs of this amongst the youth all throughout the West.
The solution to this is to inform the believers both in public and private regarding the affairs of
the Mujaahideen and it is to teach them the various Shari’ issues in Jihaad that they are
ignorant of. Teaching them should be done with humility because the purpose should not be to
prove a point but rather to change their evil mentality that is full of pessimistic assumptions
against the lions of Islaam. Even with the so‐called Salafi’s that support the Apostate
Governments, we tend to, very quickly, get carried away in proving them to be stupid and
jaahil. Some brothers are able to defend this type of arguing and I’m sure they can prove that it
is Halaal and recommended in some circumstances; we are not going to debate that. Rather,
what we are saying is that in most cases, the more beneficial way of getting the message across
is to teach them with humility rather than proving that they are so‐and‐so because, very easily,
the arrogant ones become extremely defensive with their chests high and eyebrows pressed
up. Later on, a generation of more deviants will be created by these same arrogant ones. But
then there are the defiant ones and no blame is on the Muslim who shows his anger towards
such a person.
And it is Allah who changes the hearts.

To those who call us Khawaarij…
This is a message to all those who label the Mujaahideen and Mujaahideen Shuyookh of
today as Khawaarij such as Shaykh Yusuf bin Saalih al‐’Uyayree, Shaykh Abu Yahya al‐Libbi,
and so on…
If you call us Khawaarij, then answer these points for us:
1. A quality of the Khawaarij is that they are merciful with the Kuffaar. Tell us, O you with
intellect, when was the last time you saw the Mujaahideen showing mercy to the Kuffaar?
When was the last time you saw the Mujaahideen show smiles to the faces of the Kuffaar and
frowns to the faces of the Muslims? When was the last time you saw the Mujaahideen holding
hands with Bush and Condoleezza Rice? And when was the last time you saw the Mujaahideen
kissing the cheeks of the Zionist Olmert and working on deals with the Kaafir tyrant Putin? And
when was the last time you saw the Mujaahideen hold hands with the treacherous Shi’a who
oppresses the Sunnah of Iran, Ahmadinejad? And when was the last time you saw the
Mujaahideen strike similar goals with Dick Cheney in the house of criminality (i.e., White
House)? And when was the last time you saw the Mujaahideen walk the red carpet with Prince
Charles and smiling with Queen Elizabeth?
61 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
Why are these questions reminding us of King ‘Abdullah and his likes?
2. Another quality of the Khawaarij is that they make Takfeer of the Muslims who commit sins
which do not expel them from the Religion. Some of you call the Mujaahideen as Kaafir and
Khawaarij for rebelling against the rulers of today that don’t rule by Shari’ah. Tell us, O you who
claim to have some knowledge, if the Salaf have classified the sin of rebellion (bughaat) against
the Khaleef as a sin which does not expel one outside the fold of Islaam, then why do you make
it a sin which nullifies the Shahaadah? Why do you make them equal to the Khawaarij?
3. Another quality of the Khawaarij is that they show harshness towards the Muslims. So if the
Mujaahideen really had this quality, then why do we see the Saudi Government give the
Crusaders a base to attack ‘Iraaq and Afghanistan to kill thousands of Muslims ‐ both
combatant and non‐combatant ‐ and we don’t see you call them Khawaarij? Where is the
justice? And how often do you read the military reports of the Mujaahideen to know for sure
that they go around killing Muslims? What report of theirs made mention of this? We know
very well that you get your knowledge and verification from the Faasiq and Kaafir media outlets
who still, to this day, cannot prove that the Mujaahideen carry out those car bombings in
marketplaces in ‘Iraaq.
Since the Mujaahideen do not have these qualities (of the Khawaarij), then what gives you the
right to call them the dogs of the hellfire when they are out defending your Deen, your honor,
your respect, and your lands?! And we all know that verily, man is fallible and is prone to
mistakes and the Mujaahideen are not an exception to this rule. So why is it that if they make a
mistake to which they openly ask forgiveness for (because of their incapability or
misunderstanding or mishandling or slip) ‐ such as the bombings of the hotel in Jordan which
killed the Zionists but since the blast was bigger than they expected, it killed those who were
attending a wedding ceremony ‐ why is it that you label them Khariji for these acts which they
have repented for and weeped over?! Or do you deliberately ignore their statements and their
words to the Ummah? …And how bad it is to always assume evil from amongst the
Mujaahideen to the point that your evil assumptions becomes a sin in the eyes of Al‐Jabbaar!

How come the Mujaahideen do not fight alongside the Shi’a in ‘Iraaq?
This question is constantly asked amongst both Muslims and Kuffaar. Why can’t the two put
their differences aside and unite against the common enemy? And usually, when they are
referring to the Shi’a, they are referring to the Raafida (who are Kaafir) and not the Zaydi’s (who
are not Kaafir).
Here are the following reasons:
1. Do your personal research on the ‘Aqeedah of the Raafida, and the Shi’a sect in general. This
is the first step. Mind you, our difference with them is not only on issues like Mut’a (temporary
marriage), the Day of ‘Ashurah (as pictured above) and the whole issue of ‘Ali (radiyallahu
‘anhu) being the Caliph. It goes much deeper than this and it involves Shirk, Kufr al‐Akbar and
extreme Bid’ah.
2. Do your research on what the Qur’aan, Sunnah and the Salaf have to say about Apostates,
and Deviants and what our relationship with them should be like. Should it be one of unity or
one of disavowal? Are there any exceptions? Does Allah love them or hate them? This is the
most important point and we cannot emphasize this enough. In order to deal with a certain
people, you have to ‐ and you have no option but to ‐ follow what the Shari’ah allows you to do
and doesn’t allow you to do. It’s a simple issue of obeying Allah and His Messenger and
66 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
whoever throws this aside is following his whims and desires over the Haqq. And to Allah alone
is the Reckoning.
3. Once this is all done, then start to do some research on what the current day Shi’a are doing
to Ahl as‐Sunnah in ‘Iraaq (since this issue is mainly focused on ‘Iraaq). Study the oppression,
murdering, and rape incidents of the “Shi’a death squads.” Quite a few documentaries, articles
and books have appeared on them. You will come to realize that their ‘Aqeedah allows for them
to oppress Ahl as‐Sunnah and it allows them to practice taqiyyah (deception) when it comes to
almost anything, including unity. The point is, they can justify it with their texts and you will
stand helpless. One minute they are smiling with you about unity and the next, they stab your
back by either killing you or insulting the Sahaabah.
4. Some will try to bring examples and “logic” to you in order to justify unity with these Kuffaar
whom Allah hates. For instance, they will say, “There is an extreme crisis in ‘Iraaq. It’s like a
Tsunami. It doesn’t matter who is Murtad, Shi’a or Kaafir, you’ll do whatever you can to save
the person!” The response to this is, “No, it is not as much of a crisis as you make it to be. It’s
not like people are being killed all around you 24/7 by constant bombs, rockets, bullets and
whatnot, but rather this is guerrilla warfare which will last for a long time and Allah is with
those who have Sabr. The situation is a lot more calmer, Alhamdullilaah, than what you have
described. So please do not use logic or examples against the aayaat and ahaadeeth regarding
our relationship with the Apostates and Kuffaar. What Qur’aan and Sunnah says is what goes.
And even if we were to be in such a crisis as you have stated, then even if we knew that a Shi’a
is drowning, we wouldn’t save him. We would interpret that incident as his humiliation and
punishment for his Apostasy; and if a believer drowns, it is one of the degrees of Shahaadah
according to a hadeeth.”
5. How can we fight alongside the Shi’a when the end goals will be totally different? Ahl as‐
Sunnah wants to establish the Shari’ah based on Qur’aan and Sunnah according to the Salaf,
and the Shi’a want to establish their version of Shari’ah based on their corrupted desires and
‘Aqeedah of Apostasy. There will only be chaos at the end. Under the Khilaafah, either the Shi’a
67 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
will be forced to leave or they will pay the Jizyah. This is because they are Apostates and we
treat them according to the ruling in the Shari’ah because we take the Shari’ah as the highest
source and priority and guidance in our lives rather than our “hikmah” and “rational.”
6. The Shi’a (in this case, Jaysh al‐Mahdi) will simply be treated as a second enemy; the first
being the Crusaders and the Murtadeen who support them.
7. Some say that the Americans have instigated this conflict between Ahl as‐Sunnah and the
Shi’a. The fact of the matter is that this is not entirely true. The Shi’a death squads were active
in their murder, oppression and rape against Ahl as‐Sunnah before the Americans started to
gain ground in ‘Iraaq. This is when Imaam al‐Zarqawi, rahimahullah, took a firm stance against
them and showed them harshness which made the Shi’a fear for their lives when they heard his
name or knew his Mujaahideen were in town.
Eventually, the Americans did create conflict between us and the Shi’a by
bombing the marketplaces and such using the tactic of false‐flag operations,
and Alhamdullilaah, this led to major battles between the people of Haqq
and the people of Baatil. From the perspective of Ahl as‐Sunnah, this woke
up the great majority of the Sunni Muslims into realizing who the Shi’a are;
they are a people who fight Ahl as‐Sunnah based on false and improperly researched rumors as
if they were willing to kill and annihilate us in any case; their finger was already on the trigger
so to say. So the battle has become clearer for the people of Haqq; Allah has revealed to us who
are our enemies are and who our allies are; whom we can trust and whom we cannot trust.
And all the praises and thanks belong to Allah alone.
8. For those who have insight, they will realize that it is not permissible to unite with those who
curse the Sahaabah, insult Allah Ta’aala with their Shirk and Kufr al‐Akbar, and insult
Rasoolullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) and the rest of the Ummah with their extreme bid’ah
in the name of Islaam. The Salaf have told us that it is not permissible to pray behind them due
to their disbelief and to even give them Salaam’s due their their extreme and ugly Apostasy. So
68 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
how can one have unity with them in any shape or form, especially in the fields of Jihaad ‐
which is meant for pure and lofty goals of making the word of Allah Supreme and the word of
disbelief low and humiliated?
The matter is clear and we must support the Islaamic State of ‘Iraaq in their pure Jihaad against
the Crusaders, the Murtadoon and the hostile Shi’as. Before you speak about unity, go learn
your Deen and see what your Deen allows in the unity and what it rejects.

Why do we call all disbelievers as Kaafir?
In the ‘Aqeedah of Ahlus Sunnah, every disbeliever is a Kaafir and whoever does not call a
disbeliever a Kaafir is a Kaafir himself. The evidences for this ruling are solid and numerous, and
many Shuyookh of Ahlus Sunnah ‐ both classical and contemporary ‐ have discussed these
evidences in great detail.
But here, we would like to briefly discuss: what is the purpose of calling a disbeliever a Kaafir?
Interestingly, this is a question the disbelievers themselves want to know since they see the
word Kaafir as derogatory and whatnot.
The purpose of calling a Kaafir as a Kaafir is for the following reasons:
1. To show them harshness.
2. To avoid their gatherings.
3. To reject their Religion/Deen/Millah.
4. To give them Da’wah to Tawheed.
5. To treat them as enemies of Allah until they become Muslim.
There are a few more reasons, but this is good enough for now. Let’s discuss each of these
briefly.
1. To show them harshness.
Allah says,
Muhammad is the Messenger of Allâh, and those who are with Him are harsh against
disbelievers, and Merciful among themselves. [48:29]
70 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
And Allah says,
O You who believe! Whoever from among You turns back from his Religion (Islâm), Allâh will
bring a people whom He will love and they will love him; humble towards the believers, stern
towards the disbelievers. [5:54]
The immediate question here is: why harshness towards disbelievers and humbleness towards
believers?
It is because such people have committed the most heinous crime under the heavens, and that
is Shirk. Allah has said that He forgives every sin ‐ whether it be murder, zina, etc. ‐ except Shirk.
So if one is to die upon this when he knows that Islaam existed, then he will be thrown in the
Hellfire. This is the creed of Islaam.
Shirk is not simply a sin; it is a crime that Allah hates greatly and He has described His Powerful
Anger, Wrath, and hatred for the one that commits this sin; for instance, the verses:
88. And they say: “The Most Beneficent (Allâh) has begotten a son” [as the Jews say: 'Uzair
(Ezra) is the son of Allâh, and the Christians Say that He has begotten a son ['Iesa (Christ)], and
the pagan Arabs Say that He has begotten daughters (angels, etc.)].
89. Indeed You have brought forth (said) a terribly evil thing! 90. Whereby the heavens are
almost torn, and the earth is split asunder, and the mountains fall In ruins, 91. That they
ascribe a son to the Most Beneficent (Allâh)! 92. But it is not suitable for (the Majesty of) the
Most Beneficent (Allâh) that He should beget a son (or offspring or children). 93. There is
none In the heavens and the earth but comes unto the Most Beneficent (Allâh) as a slave!
94. Verily, He knows each one of them, and has counted them a full counting!
95. And Everyone of them will come to Him alone on the Day of Resurrection (without any
helper, or protector or defender)! (Maryam)
These are one of the most powerful verses in the Qur’aan used against the Christians for their
hideous crime.
71 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
So if Allah is angry with them ‐ and He’s not just angry at the sin itself, but He is angry at those
who commit it ‐ then likewise we must too be angry with them for their Shirk because we love
what Allah loves (al‐Walaa’) and hate what Allah hates (al‐Baraa’ah). Therefore, a type of
harshness must emerge from every believer towards the Kaafir. What type of harshness is this
and how do we show it? How do we treat them as enemies of Allah?
The following points are practical examples of why we call disbelievers as Kaafir’s and the type
of harshness implied.
2. To avoid their gatherings.
One way to show this harshness is to avoid their gatherings. If they call you for a Christmas
party, reject it and tell them straightforwardly that it is against Islaam to celebrate their
holidays. If they get together at a bar, or to drink alcohol, or commit zina etc. you tell them
straightforwardly ‐ without any apology ‐ that it is against Islaam.
To mix with a Kaafir, one gets the evil smell on their clothes and that is something which can be
difficult to get rid of. By evil smell, we are implying that the Muslim starts to not see this Kaafir
as an enemy of Allah for their Shirk. In addition, by avoiding their gatherings, you must avoid
their friendship unless if it’s strictly for Da’wah purposes where you give him Da’wah and then
leave him alone until he accepts Islaam. We’ll discuss that later.
3. To reject their Religion/Deen/Millah.
Allah says,
And never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you till you follow their Millah.
(2:120)
And this is the most important point. Another way to show this harshness to them is to show
them that you do not practice, nor accept their form of Religion whether it be Christianity,
Atheism, and so on. In addition, you show them that you reject their way of life; whether it be
72 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
the life of a thug, the life of a prostitute, the life of a drunkard, the life of a person who has no
religion, the life of a person who laughs at everything etc. And finally, you show them that you
do not accept their corrupt form of Government whether it be Democracy, Fascism, Socialism
etc.
All of these things can be shown in intelligent and peaceful conversations.
The point is that they must be able to distinguish you from everyone else and see you as a
Muwaahid and not Kaafir (like everyone else). You want them to avoid thinking, “What’s the
difference between this Muslim and everyone else except some rituals?” You want them to
realize that the ‘Aqeedah provides a world view for every Muslim.
4. To give them Da’wah to Tawheed.
Another reason to call them Kaafir is to recognize that they need Tawheed. Once you come to
the realization that the Kaafir is going to the Hellfire, you will start to feel greatly concerned and
you will want to do whatever you can to convey the message of Islaam to them in order to warn
them from the great punishments of the Hellfire which they are unaware of.
5. To treat them as enemies of Allah until they become Muslim.
Allah says,
Indeed there has been an excellent example for You In Ibrâhim (Abraham) and those with
him, when they said to their people: “Verily, we are free from You and whatever You Worship
besides Allâh, we have rejected you, and there has started between us and you, hostility and
Hatred for ever, until You believe In Allâh Alone,” except the saying of Ibrâhim (Abraham) to
his father: “Verily, I will ask for Forgiveness (from Allâh) for you, but I have no power to do
anything for You before Allâh.” Our Lord! In You (Alone) we put Our trust, and to You (Alone)
we turn In repentance, and to You (Alone) is (Our) final return. (60:4)
This ties in with what we said earlier.
73 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
It is to reinforce the point and fact that they have committed Shirk ‐ whether by rejecting
Allah’s existence, or worshiping another god, or attributing partners to Him etc. ‐ and that
therefore they are enemies of Allah Ta’aalaa and that we must see in them in our hearts and
minds as those whom Allah does not love.
In this aayah, Ibraaheem is praised for making his hostility against the disbelievers known and
he is dispraised for asking forgiveness from Allah for a Kaafir. There are many things that can be
said about this, but what we want to emphasize here is that we ‐ as believers ‐ must see every
Kaafir, at least in our hearts and minds, as enemies of Allah, and that therefore, we must show
them the various degrees of harshness depending on what Kaafir you are dealing with.
If you are dealing with a nice and friendly Kaafir who is not causing you any harm, then it is an
excellent opportunity to give him Da’wah to Tawheed; but do not befriend him due to his ugly
disbelief. And remember that Allah has said Ibraaheem is an excellent example for us in his
rejection of the Kuffaar and their Shirk.
If you are dealing with a Kaafir who is harsh, then you can either give Da’wah or ignore him or
tell them what Ibraaheem told the disbelievers.
So we call the disbelievers as Kaafir because they deserve it. They are enemies of Allah because
of their Shirk and they only deserve humiliation for such a hideous crime. It’s good to see that
the Kuffaar do not like Muslims using this word Kaafir for them; they actually get annoyed and
feel humiliated. This is the point. They should feel humiliated that they are not Muslims.
By Allah, if they knew the Haqq, they would fight people for it, just to save themselves from
humiliation. Calling them Kaafir is one form of humiliation for them. Another is Jizyah. So give
them Da’wah to Tawheed and make them recognize what they are missing out on and how low
of a state they are in.

If Usaamah is a terrorist, then America has to be terrorist; and if
America is not terrorist, then Usaamah is not a terrorist
We had posted the following to FOX News and they have
not replied with an intelligent response (for the obvious
reason that they are not intelligent). This is something we
pose to all Americans and we ask them to reconsider their
views. The overwhelming majority of responses we
received for what we said were full of irrational and
emotional rhetoric filled with anti‐Islaamic intentions.
So we want an intelligent response from the Americans; we
want them to respond with good manners, an open mind,
and with understanding. The closest that came to this response was by one individual ‐ who
unfortunately still showed bad manners ‐ who said that to call the bombing of Hiroshima and
Nagasaki a “retaliation” upon Japan (for Pearl Harbor) was historically inaccurate due to the
factors of the other evils which Japan was spreading much before the Pearl Harbor incident.
The person also said that America bombed Japan because if they didn’t, then more lives would
have been lost; I’m sorry, he actually said “more American lives would have been lost.”
Like I said; this has become an issue of nationalism and race; are American children more
worthy than Japanese children?
Assuming that this is true, the argument fails to refute that America bombed Japan based upon
retaliation. To make it simple and clear to everyone, if Japan had absolutely no negative
relationship with America ‐ as if it were a neutral country ‐ would Japan have been bombed
twice?
Obviously not.
But America bombed her. Why? Because of Japan’s evils.
75 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
Hence, the retaliation.
Sure, the Pearl Harbor incident was not the only reason why America retaliated upon Japan;
there were many other factors that were taken into account. But my original point was that
America did an act of retaliation, whether or not anyone of you want to admit it. Usaamah bin
Laadin did the same exact thing. Of course, the goals were different because America wanted
to end something before it started (and still, this is terrorism), and Usaamah wanted to start
something before mankind started to forget the horrors and acts of terrorism that America had
done upon the Islaamic nation.
In essence, both were an act of retaliation. So if you call Usaamah a terrorist for 9/11, then you
must call America a terrorist for her atrocities such as Hiroshima and Nagasaki (and there are
more atrocities than just these two). And if you refuse to call America a terrorist then you must
refuse to call Usaamah a terrorist.
So stop the hypocritical double standard and be truthful with yourselves. This is the first thing
we are asking for.
Below is my original post and is my challenge to all Americans, especially the educated elites
and think‐tanks:
Why do you call them (i.e., Mujaahideen) terrorists?
You call them terrorists because they believe Jihaad is an Islaamic obligation; and this is firmly
rooted in the Qurân and Sunnah, our primary texts. Go through the Qurân and Sunnah and you
will find a plethora of verses and sayings regarding Jihaad and the lofty position in Paradise for
the one who performs it.
So in reality, you are calling my Prophet, Muhammad ‐ peace be upon him ‐ a terrorist. But of
course, you guys won’t say that directly because you fear the wrath of the Muslims. So instead
you will retort to calling the believers who practice the teachings of Islaam ‐ and one of the
76 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
teachings is Jihaad against the occupier ‐ as terrorist because you are too cowardly to admit to
the reality of who you are referring to.
And you call Usaamah bin Laadin a terrorist because of the
September 11th attacks. His men destroyed the WTC and a part
of the Pentagon and in the process, it had killed over 3,000
people. Therefore, you call him a terrorist.
We all know that Hiroshima killed more than 3,000 people.
Why the double standard?
Why is Usaamah a terrorist but the American Government isn’t?
Is it because white people are more valuable than dark skinned people?
The reason why you don’t call America a terrorist is because she did an act of terrorism against
the nation of Japan. They did this because Japan attacked Pearl Harbor ‐ a large military base
full of military personnel ‐ and it killed quite a lot. So as an act of retaliation, America bombed
Hiroshima to nothing and it killed way more than those that were killed in the Pearl Harbor
incident. Of course, many Americans probably couldn’t swallow this, but the vast majority were
OK with it because they knew that Japan deserved it for their attack on Pearl Harbor, thus the
act of retaliation was justifiable even though it killed hundreds of thousands of innocent people
that had absolutely nothing to do with Pearl Harbor or the Japanese military; in fact many were
women and children. But hey, it was justified after all, right??
77 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
Since then, very few have successfully demonized the image of America as an extreme terrorist
government that shamelessly and cowardly killed thousands upon thousands of innocent
people. Why? Well for the most part the act of retaliation was justified because the Japanese
ambushed the Americans and even though the Americans killed way to many innocent civilians
in the atomic bombs, at least it sent a strong message to the Japanese government to halt their
attacks.
So it was also an act of deterrence. America could have dropped more nuclear bombs upon
Japan, literally wiping out the Country, but perhaps this was only done twice (Nagasaki being
the other) in order to give Japan a severe warning, even though countless amount of civilians
were killed shamelessly.
Now, let’s look at September 11th. I’m not going to justify it nor am I going to promote it. I’m
just going to apply logic and be fair and just because as a Muslim, we are obligated to be fair
and just with everyone, including our enemies.
You say Usaamah bin Laadin is a terrorist because he killed 3,000 people on that day.
Why did Usaamah bin Laadin do it?
Was he bored? Did he want to create chaos for no reason? Was he just sick minded at the time
and just wanted to see destruction?
This is what you want the American public to believe, but clearly, none of these
aforementioned reasons were the case.
Usaamah bin Laadin did September 11th because it was an act of retaliation. You can probably
sense where this is going.
Usaamah has said this on many occasions. Here, watch this short clip of him during the early
invasion of Afghanistan:
78 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
http://youtube.com/watch?v=dls5JTD‐uG0
Usaamah said,
The Events of September 11 are but a reaction to the continuous injustice and oppression being
practiced against our sons in Palestine and Iraq and in Somalia and in Southern Sudan and in
other places like Kashmir and Assam.
And yesterday, a new audio release from As‐Sahab came out and in it, Usaamah bin Laadin said
(according to BBC),
The voice on the tape said the fight for the Palestinian cause was the most important factor
driving al‐Qaeda’s war with the West, and that it had fuelled the 11 September 2001 attacks on
the US.
And it is not hidden from anyone what the injustices he is referring to in regards to Palestine. It
is clear‐cut and it is a worldwide Muslim shared sentiment; we all hate what the Israeli’s are
doing and we all want Israel out of Palestine for good. This is the majority sentiment and I can
assure you that I’m not only speaking for myself or a minority.
So what does America have to do with Israel?
Put it this way: if America didn’t exist, Israel wouldn’t exist.
And put it this way: if the UK didn’t exist, there would have been no such thing as Israel.
Anyone who studies the history of the birth of the state of Israel will see that this is the reality.
But very soon ‐ and some are already indicating that it has started ‐ Israel can survive on her
own without any outside support. Currently, the American tax dollars are going to Israel in the
billions. For what? To make weaponry. To do what? To kill innocent Muslims in Palestine,
destroy their homes, strike fear in our women and rape them in the process, strike terror into
the hearts of ordinary people, and randomly bomb with precision bombs against the Palestinian
79 | P a g e
Revolution.Muslimpad.com 2008
people, which of course, kills children. This happens on a day in and day out basis and many
disbelievers within the West are waking up to this reality. Just watch the documentaries such as
Occupation 101, Dispatches: The Killing Zone, Death in Gaza and many others.
The Government of America knows very well what Israel is doing. The injustices are not hidden
from them, yet they continue in their immensely heavy support for this terrorist state.
Obviously, the head of the snake here is America and this is why the retaliation was upon her.
So again, why is Usaamah a terrorist for doing an act of retaliation ‐ for the crimes of America
and her immense support for an extremist terrorist state that openly kills and oppresses
Muslims ‐ which killed about 3,000 people, and America is not a terrorist for doing an act of
retaliation ‐ for the Japanese ambush of Pearl Harbor ‐ which killed well over 200,000 people
and more are dying due to the radiation of the atomic bombs?
Why the double standard?
And you know what? I haven’t even started on what the Americans did directly in the Iraaq
bombing campaign (of course, during Saddam’s time) with their use of the depleted uranium
and how it killed over one million Iraaqi people, mostly children! Just watch this.
So either you be fair by stop calling Usaamah bin Laadin a terrorist or you start calling the
American Government a terrorist.
