HPA SBI, Chilkana Road, Saharanpur

The vehicle no. UP 11 AF 7821 met with an accident on 12/4/2018 at 03:00 a.m. Near Vill.Dadri Mr. Gautam Sivach of
Meerut was deputed by us to conduct the spot survey of the vehicle. Estimate loss was Rs.5,61,550/-, was prepared by M/s
Aggarwal Motors Dehradun Road, Saharanpur, Mr. Bhopender Singh of Haridwar, was deputed by us on the basis of IDV
Rs.2,75,000/- (maximum liability), On going through the status report and spot survey report of the vehicle as well as the
death and injuries were involved in the accident, the matter was reported for investigation to Mr. Himanshu Sharma of
Dehradun has submitted his report which is found quite positive. Finally the final report was asked to Mr. Bhopender Singh
and second opinion was taken from Mr. Anil Kumar Tyagi of Saharanpur. On the basis of survey report of Mr. Bhopender
Singh and second opinion of Sh. Anil Kumar Tyagi the assessment is submitted by them as under : -

1) Liability on repair basis R.3,03,622/- less salvage Rs.10,000 Net liability Rs.2,93,622/-
2) Liability on Total loss basis R.2,75,000/- less xs Rs.1000/- Net liability Rs.2,74,000/-
3) Liability on net of salvage basis Rs.2,75,000/- (IDV) less xs Rs.1000/- less wreck value Rs.80,000/- (without
RC book, as the RC will be cancelled with concerned RTO) the net liability will come to Rs.1,94,000/-.
As the vehicle is so damaged that can not be repaired, hence being the minimum and economical liability of Rs.1,94,000/- is
recommended for the same. Hence, the claim is recommended for Approval of Mode of settlement on total loss on Net of
salvage basis (without RC Book as the RC will be cancelled from concerned RTO) as well as approval of claim for
Rs.1,94,000/- (Rs.one lac ninety four thousand only). The Consent letter from the insured for rs.1,94,000/- and from
Financier is attached with the claim file.
