MARKETING ANALYSIS:

attractiveness of a special market in a specific industry. Marketing analysis is
basically a business plan that presents information regarding the market in which you
are operating in. It deals with various factors.
Industry analysis: is a tool that many businesses use to assess the market. It is
used by market analysts, as well as by business owners, to figure out how the
industry dynamics work for the specific industry studied. Industry analysis
helps the analyst develop strong sense of what is going on in the industry.
Market Size: Dreamers Cake is a new business that aims to sell 750 cakes a
month or 25 cakes a day.
Industry Participants: Major participants include Red Ribbon, Lemon Square
Bakery Treats and Goldilocks Bakeshop Incorporated.
Main Competitors:
Fudge Kookies- is a provider of custom goods for cafes, tea shops, and
canteens and events. Still operating from home, we dream of becoming a
bakery cafe one day.
Mirage Cakes by Ristretto Coffee & Tea-Mirage Cakes & Cafe Mirage is a
posh cafe situated in front of our lady of fatima university. We offer a wide
array of delectable menus, from milk teas to coffee, fresh sandwiches, pastas,
chicken meals and delicious confections.
Lemon Square Bakery Treats-Various baked goods displayed at the store.
With the variety of breads, cakes, and cookies that the place offers, One
Valenzuela is now so curious on how all these are made!
ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS
• Economic factors- Economic factors may include costs such as wages,
interest rates, governmental activity, laws, policies, tax rates, and
unemployment. All of these factors occur outside of the business or
investment itself, but they heavily influence the value of the investment in the
future.
• Social factors-cake in a cup is a new trends that everyone is urge to buy.
Since it is a social factor, lot of people who are use of using social medias that
had seen advertisements or post rather had been craving to try it.
• Technological factors- Technology does not play a huge impact on a dessert
shop however, as technology does improve, it can allow us to make our
website and our business more well known to the public especially when we
consider expanding out to other countries. New cooking products could make
the process more effective and increase productivity.
