not heretofore been encumbered, mortgaged or pledge as security for the
provisional release of any caused person or the performance of any obligation of
any kind (except as above indicated).

We hereby agree, with the written consent and conformity of the accused,
that in case the accused jump/s bail or fails to appear for trial despite due notice
to him/her/their bondsman, his/her/their absence will be deemed an express
