WHEREAS, a complaint ( or information ) has been filed on 4th day of April, 2018 in
the above-entitled Court, Charging above mentioned Accused with the offense of “ACT OF
LASCIVIOUSNESS IN REL. TO Republic Act No. 7610” and she/he/they have been
admitted to bail in the sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 80,000.00)

NOW THEREFORE, I/We

HAMILCAR P. BIGORNIA & MAJELL M. BIGORNIA of Zone 7, Bangued, Abra
jointly and severally hereby undertake that the above-mentioned defendant will appear and
answer the charged above-mentioned in whatever Court it may be tried, and will at all times

court at least ten (10) Day’s Notice of any transfer or other disposition to be
made of any of the properties above-described in order that the Court may take
such action as may be necessary to protect the interests of the Republic of the

That we are worth the amounts specified in the foregoing bailbond and
above all debts, obligations, and property exempt from execution, and;
That the entire sum justified to be each of us is equivalent to the whole
amount of bail demanded;

AS ADDITIONAL STIPULATIONS:
We hereby agree, with the written consent and conformity of the accused,
that in case the accused jump/s bail or fails to appear for trial despite due notice
to him/her/their bondsman, his/her/their absence will be deemed an express
