1. Who is eligible to sign up for this offer bundle?


CIMB World Mastercard Credit Cardholders, CIMB World Enrich Mastercard Credit Cardholders, CIMB
Visa Infinite Credit Cardholders are eligible to sign up for this offer bundle from 26 April 2019 until 30
June 2019; whilst CIMB Preferred Visa INFINITE Credit Cardholders are eligible to sign up for this offer
bundle from 26 April 2019 until 30 April 2019 only.

This offer is open to all registration types with Digi i.e. new registration, MNP port-in, prepaid to
postpaid conversion and existing change of plan (for prepaid to postpaid customer, a minimum tenure
of 60 days in Digi Prepaid is applicable).

2. I am currently subscribed to another mobile operator. Can I switch over to Digi by subscribing to
this bundle offer without changing my current number?
Yes, you can switch over to Digi and keep your number via MNP port-in.

3. I am an existing Digi Postpaid subscriber, am I entitled to this offer?


Yes, you are eligible as long as you do not have any existing contract that is still active.

4. Where can I sign up for this offer?


This offer is only available via CIMB Preferred official website from 26 April 2019 until 30 April 2019 &
CIMB Credit Card official website from 26 April 2019 until 30 June 2019.

5. Do I have to make any plan advance payments or pay for the phone when I sign up for this offer?
No plan advance payment is required upon sign up. However, if you have selected a phone model which
is not free (RM0.00), then you are required to pay the applicable phone price depending on phone
selection upon sign up.

6. Can I make payment using credit cards from other banks?


No, this offer is only applicable for CIMB Preferred Visa INFINITE, CIMB World Mastercard, CIMB World
Enrich Mastercard, and CIMB Visa Infinite card holders only.

7. Do I need to subscribe to Auto Pay to be eligible? What benefits do I get?


Yes, Auto Pay subscription is required throughout the contract period. You will receive a discount of 5%
off your monthly total bill for the first six (6) months of Auto Pay subscription.

8. Do I need to pay for the delivery fee?


Yes, a RM10 delivery fee is applicable.

9. I am a foreigner. Can I subscribe to this offer bundle?


No, foreigner registration is not currently available at Digi Store Online.
10. I am a Digi Prepaid subscriber. Can I subscribe to this offer without changing my number?
Yes, you can convert from Digi Prepaid to Digi Postpaid without changing your number. Do note that a
minimum tenure of 60 days in Digi Prepaid is applicable.

11. If I convert my Digi Prepaid to this bundle offer, will my prepaid credit be carried forward?
Yes, your prepaid credit (up to max RM100) will be carried forward and used to cover your bills for the
coming months.

does the 200GB Internet quota work?
The Internet quota is valid for all uses at any time of the day regardless of weekdays or weekend and is
applicable for domestic usage only on Malaysian networks.

14. Can I share my 200GB Internet quota with my family line(s)?


Yes, you are able to share your Internet quota with your family upon any family line sign up. Each family
line is charged at RM38 per line monthly. You may share up to 6 family lines per account.

15. Can I control my Internet allocation to my family line(s)?


Yes, you can control and allocate the Internet quota for yourself and your family line(s) via the MyDigi
App.

16. Do I get to rollover my unutilised Internet quota?


Yes, you will get to rollover up to 10GB of your unutilised Internet quota to the next bill cycle.

17. Can I use the Digi Postpaid 288 plan for Roaming and making IDD calls?
Yes, you can use the plan for Roaming and making IDD voice calls with the bundled Roaming & IDD
package which contain of 5GB Internet Roaming and 60 minutes of Roaming voice calls when travelling
overseas to the participating 10 countries while 60 mins of IDD voice calls make from Malaysia to the
participating 10 countries.

18. What does Roaming and IDD offer?

Yes, you can also opt for daily unlimited Internet roaming (from RM36/country/day) or roaming passes

21. How does the ‘Unlimited Calls’ work?


Every day you get to enjoy unlimited voice calls to both on-net and off-net i.e. all mobile calls to Digi or
other mobile operators including fixed lines (excludes video calls, special numbers and toll-free 1-300
number calls). The Unlimited calls are applicable for domestic usage only i.e. within Malaysia's network.

23. Will there be a penalty if I terminate my contract before the end of my tenure?
Yes, a pre-mature termination fee is applicable. The penalty fees are as below:

24. When will I be upgraded to Digi Platinum reward tier?
You will be upgraded to Digi Platinum reward tier automatically within 7 business days and it will be
reflected in your MyDigi app.

Billing

25. What is the charge for Standard Billing?


Effective 1 May 2017, the new Standard Bill subscription fee of RM5 monthly per account is applicable
to all Digi’s Existing & New Mass Postpaid customers who subscribe to paper bills (i.e. Standard Bill only
or with Itemised Billing) to promote Deep Green with e-Bills.

26. Do I have an option not to receive/subscribe to any paper bill?


Yes, you can go paperless by changing your billing medium to either PDF or SMS bill via MyDigi. You can
download your bills via MyDigi for FREE.
In order to connect to MyDigi, you will need to have a Telenor Connect ID.
