INFORMATION
The undersigned, Assistant City Prosecutor ANDO Victorio Dela Vega accuses VAL
JUSTIN a.ka. “Self Service,” a resident of Sta. Barbara, Iloilo, Philippines of the crime of RAPE,
defined and penalized under Article 266-A, par. 1(b) of The Revised Penal Code, as amended,
committed as follows:

That on or about the 25th day of December, 2018, in the City of Iloilo,
Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, accused VAL
JUSTIN, with lewd designs, did then and there, wilfully, unlawfully and
feloniously raped the person of ARTEMIA RONA YCAY, by inserting his penis into
the complainant’s vagina, while she was deprived of reason and while she was
unconscious.

That the said victim suffered actual and moral damages in the amount as may be
rewarded by the Honorable Court under the provisions of The New Civil Code of the
Philippines.
