Section 21. Patentable Inventions. - Any technical solution of a 156.3. In cases where actual intent to mislead the public or to

Section 170. Penalties. - Independent of the civil and 177.1. Reproduction of the work or substantial portion of the

the second offense.
(c) Imprisonment of six (6) years and one (1) day to nine
(9) years plus a fine ranging from five hundred thousand pesos
(P500,000) to One million five hundred thousand pesos
(P1,500,000) for the third and subsequent offenses.
