FY19 has been a year, where we made some significant progress towards our winning aspirations. The overall rating
for Cipla at a global level has been settled at 96%.

On completion of the MiDNA performance assessment cycle for FY19, your relevant Business Unit’s achievement has
been assessed at 93% and your individual performance has been rated Creditable. Thank you for meeting most of

Effective April 01, 2019 your CTC has been revised. Please refer to the Annexure for the detailed breakup of your
CTC. The revised increase has been apportioned in Basket of Allowance / Advance Bonus (if applicable as per
statute) / Target Variable Pay and there are no changes in any other components of your CTC.
