AXA Affin Dream Maker Coloring Contest 2019 Terms & Conditions
The Contest will end on 30th June 2019.
Participants should use only dry coloring medium (e.g: color
pencil, crayon, etc.)
Photocopied forms are acceptable.
Multiple entries are allowed but only one (1) best entry will be
chosen to be judged.
Judging Criteria of the Contest will be based on:
a. Artistic Merit - drawing skills and usage of colors: 40%
b. Creativity: 30%
c. Overall artistic impression: 30%
All information in the registration form needs to be completed.
Incomplete entries will not be considered.

Alternatively, physical submission via schools are also accepted.
For physical submission via schools, all entries MUST be submit-
ted to the Organizer at the following address not later than
5.00pm on 1st July 2019.

Operating hours : Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm
Submitted entries will not be returned. By submitting the entries,
participants have given consent to agree and grant the Organizer
exclusive rights to use the materials for promotional or commer-
cial use.
Winners will be notified via the school and parents / guardians’
email provided in the coloring contest form.
The decision of the Organizer on all matters relating to the
Contest is final, conclusive and binding. The Organizer shall not
be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence
with any person on any matter concerning the Contest.
The Organizer reserves the right:
to publish or display materials or information, including but
not limited to the names and photographs of all participants
for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any
manner deemed appropriate.
at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or any part of it)
for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is
necessary for reasons outside its reasonable control,
without prior notice. There will be no cash alternative and
prizes are not transferable. The Organizer shall not be liable
for prizes that are lost, damaged or stolen during or after the
course of collection and/or delivery.

By participating in this Contest, all contestants through their
parents or legal guardians are deemed to have accepted and
agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entries that
do not comply with all the Terms and Conditions set out in this
document shall be disqualified.
