Radiography testing:

Ø Handling X-ray equipment's with a various techniques

Like a directional and panoramic testing. Handling Gamma ray source iridium192,
and selenium70, good hands in signal wall signal image exposure, double wall signal
exposure, and double wall signal image. Testing of forging materials, Good hand in
developing lab have a fully knowledge about the maintaining atmosphere in
developing lab about the developing liquids, and having best experience of
film interpretation (RTFI) and making reports.

Penetrant testing:

Ø Weld mint area inspection for the longitudinal crakes and transfer crakes, testing of
various Ferrous and nonferrous items. Testing of forging materials With the Dye
Penetrant and fluorescent Penetrant to chick the all surface areas and T Y K joints
inspection for the open cavities crakes ETC.

Visual inspection:

Ø External visual inspection includes foundation bolts, platform structural, nozzles and
reinforcement pad, checking, external corrosion & weld joints of nozzles manholes,
skirt joints. Internal inspection includes demister pad, DSR, tray, TSR , feed pipes,
supports, chimney tray, different packing, nozzle points, checking Top zone, feed
zone & bottom zone , hydrogen blistering,
Ø Review and monitoring thickness for equipment and piping, evaluate retirement life
as per retirement thickness.
Ø Internal and External inspections for Static Equipments (Exchangers, columns,
vessels and fired heater).
Ø Maintenance all documentation with assistance of Document controller.
Ø Making inspection reports.
Ø Final document review and record findings for completed systems.

Magnetic Particle Test:

Ø Testing of Weld Joints. Magnetic Particle Testing. Coordination with client,

preparation of monthly work abstract, follow-up of payment, work planning at site.
Interpretation of radiograph Hardness testing logistic at site. Holiday test of pipe
coating material. Report preparation maintenance of calibration status of NDT
instruments. Maintaining dark room accessories etc.
Ø Considerable experience gained in NDT coordination work. Client meeting set up of
NDT sites, planning for mobilization of man power as per work volume and work
schedule at site, consumables at site as per requirement. Preparation of contingency

plans, participation in technical discussion and process of action plans as per
requirement.

HEAT EXCHANGER:

External visual inspection includes foundation bolts, shell, shell cover, channel, channel
cover, floating head cover, split ring, tube bundle, baffle plate, impingement plates, tie
rod and all weld joints etc. External visual inspection of air cooler includes outer
assembly body, header, fins, tube sheets & plugs.

PIPING:

Fabrication, erection and modification of CS, SS, Pipes according to isometric drawing.
Punch list Test pack clearance, preparation of hydro test packages, Hydro test of
pipelines, preparation and installation of piping supports as per supports drawing. Air
blowing, Reinstatement, selection of piping flanges, valves etc.

MECHANICAL/STRUCTURE:

Mechanical repair job includes, fabrication, reducer, fit ups,

erection and dismantling of steel structure, Pressure Vessels, heat exchanger, valves,
flanges etc. modification of steel structure of columns erection of pumps, blower, motors,

TANKAGES:

External and Internal inspection of shell, roof, (floating & fixed), base plate, all nozzles,
heating coils. Painting, Leak test of base plate.
