Process Modeler
OmniFlow provides user-friendly interfaces to help map the business processes onto the technology. A complete flow chart of process
with programmed activities and associated people can be generated using the Process Modeler. The entire route can also be documented
for monitoring and audit purpose. The processes can be designed in Process Designers such as Visio and imported to OmniFlow for
deployment.
OmniFlow Server
OmniFlow server is the heart of the product. The Server performs two major
functions of Routing of Workitems to specified Queues and Distribution of
Workitems to appropriate users.
The processing server is involved in taking Workitems from one Workstep to another,
executing rules and conditions for routing, and allocating them to appropriate
queues. The Workitem is picked from the queue and further conditions such as
distribution and load balancing are applied on it for presentation to users. Special
features such as routing of Workitems through FIFO, WIP, Emails, Load distribution
etc. enrich the functionalities of the server.
