Reflection
Policy Making sure isn’t easy as it
sounds. The thing is we are all familiar with
it, we’ve read some in our favorite local
joints or retails, even seen it being
displayed by the hardworking employees.
But Policy Making takes a lot of
consideration to create, as it takes to
account the welfare of the company,
customers and employees themselves.

This week Mr. Aban challenged us to

#2 POLICY make one covering the 5 aspects we have

MAKING as a human: Mental, Physical, Emotional,

Spiritual and Gender-Oriented. My group,
Group 5, really had a hard time making one
for our chosen sector, the retail. But this
kind of activity really is made for a team to
conquer and so we did our best working as
one. I realized then how easy this was,

employees are just like us, we have

emotions, we get tired, we work and
importantly, we have rights. Just that in
their case, they have to know if their rights
are being exercised understandably. Thus,
we were able to complete a work with
satisfaction.
I learned that safety and welfare of the
employees are just as important as their
professionalism and good ethics. I mean,
what’s a good employee if he’s not happy?
