Tool Box Talks

Induction and general safety meetings are conducted to all employees according to the
nature of their works. Employees are giving guidelines before starting the works.
Advices were given to them to avoid accident, and followed to use proper safety PPE
requirements and rules.

Tool Box talks are conducted to the drivers focusing Traffic rules and safe Driving. Every
week drivers were given guidelines and instructions to drive vehicles safely and to work
with all safety preparations when they are working on roads during waste collection.
Advices were given to them to avoid accident and safe driving and to follow road safety
rules.

Moreover tool box talks were also conducted for the camp safety and cleanliness.
Labors are advised to clean theirs room and follow the safety regulations in the kitchen
and camp premises. They were strictly instructed not to use electric coil stove inside the
room for cooking foods, since they are the major cause of most of the camp fires.

Provided PPE, additional water boot for irrigation operators, First aid kit in public garden
and all Vehicles including water tanker to make sure that the first aid kit are available in
time of need.
