Solving our homeless problems requires compassion and resolve.
I've noticed certain trends over a few decades. Some homeless persons tend to
migrate north for summer and south for winter. You may see it in the Spring and
Fall. Also, homeless set up camp before sunset or just after. It will take a
county government or regional governing body to set up and operate a facility. I
suggest the military boot camp as a model for throughput. A triage process to find
the most homeless to the quickest and shortest way to recovery and to get the
extreme addicts and elderly into care-to-grave path. Find those who can recover,
feed, cloth, house, train, hygene, medical, dental, test and graduate to the next
level. Get serious about solutions and solve problems. And run the program by
government employees, not those NGO's who siphon cash off the top and get rich.
