1. Bucket Roll in Operation slow in EX-600V (600V-0038) a/c M/s ACC, Chandrapur. Machine
was running with this problem near about 10 months after system flushing due to Bucket
cylinder failure. Our colleagues were attended and unable to solve the same. I have attended and
inspected found that pilot lines were interchanged. Rectified the same.

2. Boom operation slow in ZX450H (016J-000002) a/c M/s R K Transport & Co, Malanjkhand. In
detailed inspection found that Holding valve stuck-up. This was also pending for three months
and unable to solve by our colleagues.

3. Arm Roll in Operation slow in EX-600V (600V-0009) a/c M/s Lafarge India Ltd, Chandrapur.
Inspected and found that Level Cylinder has been fitted wrongly.

4. Swing Operation Slow in EX-600V (600V-0092) a/c M/s National Construction Company,
Korba. In detail inspection found that Pilot lines are interchanged & Cross over relief valves
also malfunctioning. Rectified the same.

5. Boom raise operation slow in EX600V (600V-0129) a/c M/s Ambuja Cements Ltd, Rawan. In
detail inspection found that Holding valve poppet was broken. Rectified the same by local
repair.

1. Engine not taking load in EX600V (600V-0089) a/c M/s Avtar & Co, Parasia. For this our
colleagues were replaced both main pumps, Calibrated Engine P T Pump, PVC. Even though
problem has not been solved. Further inspection found that Front pump PPS solenoid valve wire
harness has short circuited. Attended and rectified the same.

2. Frequent failures of PVC’s in EX600V (600V-0073) a/c M/s N P Earthmovers, Bhadravathi.

This was also attended by our colleagues and not solved. Inspected and found that the Swing
preference solenoid valve failed and short-circuited. So, by passed the same and replaced new
PVC. After that there were no failures of PVC.

3. RHS operations slow operation slow & Engine not taking load problem in ZX450H (016J-
000003) a/c M/s R K transport & Co, Malanjkhand. Further detailed inspection found that pump
control pressure sensor has been failed. Rectified the same.

4. Air conditioner was not working in ZX450H (016J-000009) a/c M/s Avtar & Co, Raigarh under
FMC since 3 months. Due to frequent failures of AC compressors. We have replaced 2no’s AC
Compressors worth of Rs.60, 000/- each. And also the Customer had deducted Rs.1, 16,000/-
from monthly FMC bills towards AC not working.

5. In detailed inspection found that AC Compressor relay circuit has not working due to AC
temperature sensor has been failed and also wire harness burnt due to short circuit... Causes
Frequent failures of AC Compressors. Rectified the same. Now the AC is working satisfactory.

methods.

2. Engine failure report was discussed with my

 colleagues regarding the failure reasons

3. Air Conditioner problem solving method has been

circulated by our RSM Mr.Anil G Deshmukh. For the
complete details. Some of our colleagues Mr. K
Tiwary (Telcon-Jaipur), Mr.S V P Rao (Telcon-
Hyderabab) has telephoned to me on this after that they
were solved the above problem quickly based on my
solving method. And also conducted a Knowledge
sharing session in our Raipur Office.

L&T Komatsu PC450 Engine failure report within 600
Hrs.

2. I have also informed the KOMATSU PC 1250 FMC

rates to our sales people for their negations with
customers.
