Project Report on Mobile Phone Accessories and Service Shop

Introduction
Mobile phones have become a necessary for everybody. Now even the school going children’s are
also using mobile phones and even the parents are encouraging the same. The parents are gifting
them with the latest models of phones and all the latest features because even those things will help
them to prepare for their homework and even for their studies. The parents are getting relaxed
from teaching their children. The aged people who earlier used to say that these are not their cup of
tea are also addicted to this. They are watching the TV shows through these gadgets. So the uses of
mobiles are not only for calling or contacting people but also used as entertainment tool or gaming
tool or as a TV. So the scope of these gadgets is not going to decrease but increase.

Projections from various revenue sources:

Service

The main advantage of this is the users of these types of phones are lot and so the target customers
are more. This is not a one time affair but a continuous one so the number of walk in to shop will be
more. The location of the shop is Medical College and which is a thickly populated area which also
increase the footfall to shop. As we are planning all the software servicing tools also the footfall will
be also more compared to any other hardware mobile service shops.

Accessories Sales

The accessories sales is also one of the major point to attract the customers. This area is having the
major telecom players offices like JIO, AIRTEL, IDEA, VODAFONE etc, so the new customers will to
come for their accessories purchase or even to change sim or for any small service with their
phones. This will increase the footfall in to the shop. The sales of these small accessories will also
generate a good income from the shop.

Photostat

In this area there are lot of student training centres are situated like entrance coaching centres and
all, and they give them notes and to take the copies and as a thickly populated area, the use of
Photostat is very high and they also will contribute good to the total income of the shop.

Mobile Phone Sales

Now people are buying new mobiles from online stores or from big brand stores. But still the as the
footfall population to the shop is expected more, these customers will definitely buy phones may be
from our shop to use as a secondary one because everybody used two phones. There are also some
people who are still using old model feature phones which we are also going to have in our shop.
These also will contribute to the revenue of the shop
