MACROS MUST HAVE DiGICO

1) Hard Mute Tracks Live Madi inputs and transport fast forward/Rewind
(Two separate macros)

2) Un-Hard Mute Tracks Live Madi inputs and transport Stop/Play (Two
separate macros)

3) Talk to Ears # - Sends my talkback to which ever Musician/singers and

un mute their monitor cannel

4) Talk to # Singer only - Send my talkback to a particular singer, un mute

their monitor channel and turn off their sends to every other band
member, mute singer reverb/Macro that reverts things to normal- This
is for closed conversations.

5) Swap main vocal tracks to safety tracks (alt in), while swapping Safety
track reference channels routing to main vocal mics. Allows me to use
safety vocal tracks until I’ve checked the status of the live vocal

6) Mute all Avioms - Mutes Aviom aux sends and turns off channel direct
outs to avoims.

7) Mute all ears - Does all of the last macro and mutes bus master to In
ear TXs.

8) Channel List

9) Copy audio List

10) “Mains to Booth Only” - Mutes all matrixes and monitor outs, solo’s the
master group.

11) Send Pink noise channel to # monitor at -25 db

12) Send GLITS to Singer # Ears

13) BLIND VSC - Mutes Show master group and monitors, subs. Solo’s
master group, pre fader. When running a session where utility master
group handles all “utility” channels and a separate master group
handles the show this allows one to work on virtual soundcheck while
having your BGM, etc live in the house while the audience is in.

14) Enable/Disable TC

15) Console lights 50%/100percent/Low

16) Show Preset/Top of Show- All necessary bus masters, faders, mutes,
TC position set to top of show state.

17) Bypass Waves

18) Midi safe next and midi safe previous, that way I can move around my
cue list without accidentally triggering a sound effect and I don’t have to
worry about remembering to turn midi back on.

19) Save Current Snapshot and Load Next

20) Save Session

21) FX mute that mutes the sends for reverbs/delays

22) a macro that shuts off my matrix inputs that is all the techs, com,
radios to my cue feed so if I’m in the middle of listening critically and all
the guitar techs start discussing stuff I can stay focused

23) One good little trick I do with ALT input for a Primary/Spare RF wireless
mic (or Instrument pack) on a macro that everyone does:

Make a second channel that is routed to nothing that is patched with

the same two inputs as your main star channel but have the main and
alt inputs be the inverse of your main channel.

This allows you to cue up whichever mic is not in use, so when the
macro (engaging both ALT inputs) is fired to ON state, the main
channel goes to the ALT and the cue channel is now fed with the
original mic, so you can fix it, so whatever and actually listen to it.

Or more importantly actually listen to your Spare channel before hitting

the ALT macro.

24) (JAJAJAAJJA) I quite enjoy setting a macro on my prepping colleagues

desks when they aren’t looking so that ch1 fader down shuts down the
console

25) Alt INPUTS (TIPICO)
