When all items have been installed, tested OK and this report is completed and signed, please return it to JASON prior to commisioning via
fax: +47 32 20 45 60 or e-mail jason@jason.no. Once "Tested OK" and is signed by the Yard representative, the system is ready for commisioning.

FiFi startup terms and conditions

This document will follow the FiFi equipment from installtion through startup and must be returned to Jason as soon as possible after completed startup.
Before startup is performed, the following must be completed and made available to the startup technician. Time consumption as a result of failure to do so will be charged at the set hourly rate.
1. The technician must be allowed onto the ship without any delay upon arrival.
2. The technician must be allowed on shore immidiately at the end of the day or upon completion.
3. The FiFi system installation must be completed:
a. All external wirings must be completed and in working order.
b. All internal wirings must be completed and in working order.
c. All electrical connections must be completed and in working order.
d. All mechanical setup must be completed and in working order.
4. All items in the checklist above must be completed with "Yard installation OK (date)" by the installation crew on the Yard.
5. In addition, any delays caused by other circumstances onboard the ship or otherwise that is outside the FiFi startup technicians control may also be charged at the set hourly rate.
6. When "Time consumption actual" exceeds "Time consumption estimated" but is due to internal faults on the FiFi system, there should not be any "Extra hours for invoice".
