Job Summary
Administrative/Sales Assistant for Directors of Sales, National Sales.
Reports to two Directors of Sales or one Director of Sales and one Sales
Manager
Responsible for ensuring the internal and external customers needs are met
through handling the day to day correspondence and data entry as determined
by the Managing Director / Director and/or Sales Manager.

Communication and Correspondence:


•Communicate with Group Sales Customers and provide customer service
support on behalf of sales management (i.e. Managers and Directors of sales)
•Assist with correspondences on behalf of sales management including
electronic mail, formal written letters, memos, faxes and telephone calls as
directed.

Data Entry:
•Processing of new sales leads with the direction of the Director and/or Sales
Manager
•Assists in tracking lead responses, tentatives, definites and contract copies
•Maintains up-to-date database of clients and processed leads.

Misc Administrative support:


•May prepare expense reports, activity reports, travel authorizations and check
requests
•May assist with managing calendars and booking travel arrangements
•Assist with preparation of presentations
•May assist with coordination of meetings, trade/travel shows and special
events as required
•Special projects and tasks as requested

SUPERVISOR

Supervisors are responsible for the overall operation of a concession location


from inventory control and food preparation to sanitation and customer service.
Supervisors monitor the activities of all concession personnel in said location
and insure that a quality product is served throughout the event. Candidates
must have food service supervisory experience in a fast paced, high volume
food service environment. Customer service experience is a plus. Strong
organization, communication, and people skills are a must.

STAND LEADER

Stand Leaders are directly responsible for the accurate accounting,


disbursement and collection of the money in the concession location from the
Stand Attendants. The Stand Attendants that handle cash are under their direct
supervision. Because you work almost exclusively in the front of the house,
strong customer service skills are required. Candidates must have strong cash
handling background and some inventory control experience. Leadership
experience is helpful. Strong organization, communication, and people skills are
a must.

STAND ATTENDANT

Stand Attendants are responsible for collecting monies, dispensing change and
serving food and beverage products in a courteous, friendly and efficient
manner. They interact directly with the public. They are also responsible for
food preparation, stand set up and cleanup. Candidates must be able and willing
to serve alcohol and possess good basic math skills. Candidates must have
strong customer service skills and an outgoing personality. Cash register and
money handling experience is a plus. Cooking experience is helpful.

SEAT VENDORS
Seat Vendors walk through the stadium selling food and beverage items to fan
seated in the seats. This is a physically demanding position that requires
constant standing, walking, lifting, reaching and climbing stairs. Candidates
must be able to lift and carry between 15 lbs and 50 lbs with relative ease. This
position pays on commission. Candidate must possess an outgoing personality
and a strong sense of showmanship!

WAREHOUSE PORTERS
Warehouse Porters deliver food and beer products to various locations
throughout Soldier Field. These workers are also responsible for trash pick-up
from concession locations and some cleaning. Candidates must be physically fit
and possess the ability to do heavy lifting and carrying. Some interaction with
the public is required so people skills are required.

Camelback Ranch - Glendale, the Spring Training home of the Los Angeles
Dodgers and Chicago White Sox, is now accepting applications/resumes for the
following position:

Account Executives are responsible for selling and maintaining new season
ticket sales, group sales, suite sales and party function areas for the upcoming
spring training season.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Complete a pre-determined minimum number of outbound calls daily to
targeted lists and respond to heavy inbound call volume. Build effective and
prosperous relationships with current customer base to ensure repeat business
and referral of other sales prospects. Provide superior customer service to
clients, existing ticket holders and prospects; respond to emails and voice
messages timely. Maintain superior knowledge of facility services, layout and
ticket policies to effectively sell tickets and meet customer needs. Maintain and
continually grow a prospect database and track new sales leads. Meet or exceed
organization's individual and group sales goals. Set appointments, including
possible off-site calls, show seats and give facility tours. Handle ticket related
customer service inquiries and refer difficult or unresolved issues to supervisor.
Maintain complete and accurate customer records. Assist with customer service
efforts (mailing invoices, tickets, sales collateral, etc.). Escort guests to various
locations throughout facility as needed. Perform general office duties as

Energetic, friendly, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast paced
