Evidence: Consolidation activity

When you watch the news, about the education you think that is irrelevant topic,
don’t you?. The development of education in Colombia was slow: at the end of the
1940s the country had a low level of schooling… that’s amazing, isn’t it?; in fact,
the relationship between the students enrolled in primary school and the total
population was one of the most casualties of the region.

One of the main causes of many criminals is illiteracy, because they are people
who don’t have education cannot get ahead with their own means and see in crime
the best way to survive, can you?. In Colombia there are currently 2 million
illiterate people, equivalent to 5% of the population, and for Unesco to declare it a
territory free of illiteracy, the figure should be below 4%.

We do not really measure the reality of the situation, do you?; we just think that
everything is fine because we are well… The crime has decreased because the
illiteracy rate is also decreasing.
