Now comes Defendant City of Cincinnati, and hereby submits additional authority,

Nixon v. Adm’r of General Servs., 433 U.S. 425, 97 S. Ct. 2777, 53 L. Ed. 2d 867, 1977 U.S.

LEXIS 24 to its Memorandum in Opposition of Plaintiffs’ Motion for a Temporary

Restraining Order. In the case, the United States Supreme Court discussed the privacy

rights and First Amendment right of association of President Nixon as balanced against

the interests of reviewing, sorting, and archiving the records of his presidency according

to the Presidential Recordings and Materials Preservation Act. Id. at 455-468. The Court

upheld the Act.
