 Essential to understand the causes behind the defected castings by conducting GEMBA.
 Conducting trails for the Prototype along with workers and to rectify the Defects on the Product.
 Advices for unsuitable or unsatisfactory raw materials used in molding,core making to control
rejection in foundry.
 Problem analysis and trouble shooting.
 Giving the precautions for the defected castings.
 Educated every individual workers and involve them into the process was included in each and
every item.
 Monitoring each and every steps which are involved in production process and educated to workers
to control the rejection.
