Again my apologies. I am in NY and was able to find a computer where I tried the activation
code for UniPile. You are very correct. There is something wrong with it.

Unfortunately I am not having access to my main computer at work and won't be able to
resolve the situation until Sunday.

Make sure they are using the correct serial number. They are different for both.

The problem is that I am away traveling and do not have access to my computer until
Sunday at the earliest.

Is the problem for all the students or just one? When the activation fail, please send me the
Activation.log file.
