I Minati Behera @Nimati Behera D/O Dandapani Behera residence of Chandramanipeta

Sahi Berhampur Ganjam beg to state that my mother Jambu Behera was purchased the house land
property from Somanath Behera on 4/5/1984 vide sale deed no 1885/1982 and delivered physical
possession to my mother Jambu Behera .Subsequently on 5/8/2002 Somnath Behera attempted to
interfere with the peaceful possession of Jambu Behera .So my mother Jambu Behera take shelter
before the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Berhampur District vide Civil Suit Case No 41/2002 and
Jambu Behera also filed RFA No- 23/2005 before the District Judge Berhampur Ganjam and the
District Judge Berhampur passed a order and directed to Somnath Behera in not interfering in
possession of the property of Jambu Behera .and the order is remained unchallenged till today.

That after passing of judgement and decree against Somnath Behera ,in the meanwhile
Somnath Behera died.Taking advantage of death of Somnath Behera. One Raju Behera @Chagala S/o
Late Trinath Behera working as a constable ,and Ramesh Behera S/O Arakhit Behera ,Subasini Behera
w/o Ramesh Behera and Kama Behera without having any manner of rights and titles interest and
forcefully trespass over the purchased property of Sambu Behera .So Jambu Behera again files a civil
suit before civil judge (junior Division) Berhampur vide CS-3/14 aganist the above named persons
namely ,(1)

But the said person did not appear before the court and not challenged against the Suit CS-3/14. In
meanwhile my mother Jambu Behera executed a willnama in my favour on 7/9/2013.document no-
30601307105/2013.

I came to know that the above named person creating false documents for obtaining
loan amount from Municipality for construction of house and they have no any right ,title of said
property.

Therefore I request you to verify the matter and not to sanction the loan amount in favour
of said above persons
