4.1 Determination of Requirements Related to Products and Services:

Top management is providing evidence of its commitment to the development and

implementation of this Integrated Management System and to continually improving its
effectiveness by:

a) Communicating the importance of meeting customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements

to the organization;
b) Establishing the Integrated Policies;
c) Ensuring that Integrated objectives are established;
d) Conducting management reviews, and;
e) Ensuring the availability of resources.
