program on $27 K budget. Became Lifeguard certified to meet PA licensing for pool trips.

Direct supervisor to 22 teachers. Managed schedules to coordinate teacher breaks, planning time, tours, and

list for over 80 families. Created and held teacher trainings and parent seminars.

Became familiar with DPW, Keystone STARS standards, PQAS. Managed classroom of 10 4-5 year olds as
sole teacher creating weekly program plans, completed summer curriculum. Spearheaded hands-on science fair
