How to Install/Repair ACSR Production Environment Correctly.

1) Check PC is in the correct OU in the Active Directory (eBiz for Production), if not, added to the
Production OU of TWC and then restart the PC.

2) Erase the CSG folder in “C:\” and any related CSG file in that directory.
3) Open RUN (Windows Key+R)

4) Run the “twc_acsr_update.bat” in \\srthn01\IT\TWC\1st fresh install\acsr as Administrator.


(You must be using your IT Login in Windows; example= spayk.gutierrez; Credential, so the bat
have access to the files, if you log as administrator, won’t work) You will see the console
extracting the files in the C:\ directory.
5) DON’T REPLACE ANY XBOI.INI FILE!
6) Test it Opening ACSR from “C:\csg\acsr\xBOI.exe”, (should open smoothly with no error screen,
if an error pops, will need to check back from step 1). Application must look like:

7) Now you can log off, let a TWC representative log in and test it.
8) To check the current version, you can check it when opening the program or once you login, go
to HELP>ABOUT ACSR STATUS
9) In case outdated version was install, go to “C:\” and run the file “csgupdateNAT.exe”. This
should update the version to latest one in the server.

10) You should be ready to go!

the Training OU of TWC and then restart the PC.

2) Erase the CSG folder in “C:\” and any related CSG file in that directory.
3) Open RUN (Windows Key+R)

4) Run the “twc_acsr_trainingupdate.bat” in \\srthn01\IT\TWC\1st fresh install\Training as


Administrator. (You must be using your IT Login in Windows; example= spayk.gutierrez;
Credential, so the bat have access to the files, if you log as administrator, won’t work) You will
see the console extracting the files in the C:\ directory.
5) DON’T REPLACE ANY XBOI.INI FILE!
6) Go to “C:\” and run the file “NATcsgtrainingupdate.exe”. This should update the version to latest

7) Test it Opening ACSR from “C:\csg\acsr\xBOI.exe”, (should open smoothly with no error screen,
if an error pops, will need to check back from step “1” Application must look like:

8) You should be ready to go!


9) UPDATE!: If when trying to open ACSR pops a library error, you need to run the script installer
located at \\srthn01\IT\TWC\1st fresh install\Training with name: “ACSR Training - Test.vbs”
***Agent and Staff member can run this script from their Start Menu as well.
