II. JOB OVERVIEW:
 We are looking for a Mid QA to assess software quality using manual and automated
testing. A candidate should be responsible for finding and reporting bugs according to
the requirements given.
 In this role, you will be involve regarding product details and executing of test cases to
ensure that our products and systems work correctly. If you have good communication
skills and a lot of ideas in gaming environment, you’re a qualified Mid QA Tester.
III. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
● Manage the day-to-day development activities of the QA team within an Agile/Scrum
environment
● Defines priorities and delegates responsibilities
● Design and develop a robust automated test suite to ensure high quality and a high
level of test coverage
● Build and nurture a cohesive and powerful team of top notch QA engineers
● Collaborate with and Project Management to ensure clearly defined user stories,
product definition and acceptance criteria
● Drive improvement in quality and velocity to accelerate time to market for our new
products and enhancements
● Create schedule estimates and resource plans, assess and communicate risks based on
complexity, resource and timeline constraints
● Assist with the analysis, revision and quality enhancements of existing business
processes
● Set QA compliance objectives and define appropriate metrics to measure success
● Define and implement quality standards, processes, and procedures that ensure the
highest quality of applications
● Execute QA forensics and detailed root cause analysis of test failures, reported
defects, and performance and scalability issues
● Lead the development of requirements for analyzing & selecting QA tools, specifically
automated solutions
● Documents and reports quality findings to senior and executive management,
project/program managers, development team
● Follow-up on ongoing issues/bugs
● Provides coaching and guidance on format, content and quality of project plans,
requirements, design, and test cases
JOB SPECIFICATION SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer
Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
● 6-8 years of in-depth experience in QA leadership role, including large scale, cloud-
based, b2b products
● 10+ years solid experience in quality assurance with significant technical contributions
● Technical leader with extensive experience in quality assurance
● Organized and self-directed leader who can work well independently
● Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with Product and Project
Management, Development Manager as well as teams across the organization
● Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate with and influence cross-functional
teams across product line boundaries
● Proven track record in implementing agile methodologies
● Calm, steady demeanor during stressful and complex situations
● Working experience utilizing Continuous Integration/Deployment concepts and
streamlined delivery of code
● Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and time
management skills, proven ability to delegate tasks to smaller teams to get results
● Strong focus on automation, with experience of both API level and UI level testing
● Attention to detail, passion for product quality, and an eye for customers' needs
● Autonomous, self-motivated and proactive with creative and critical thinking
possibilities
● Business Awareness and understanding of business requirements of IT, strong customer
focus
● Able to work to tight deadline under pressure

Nice to have:
● Able to understand or speak Chinese is a PLUS but not required
● Experience in gaming industry is preferred
