of STE females during the second week of school (Pretest)

and during the 7th week of school (Posttest).

Title:

“Effect of School in the Stress Level of STE Female Students”

Conceptual Framework:
Independent Variable
Dependent Variable

Week of Stress Level

School
(Pre-test and
Statement of the Problem:
Post-test)
1. What is the mean stress level of STE female students in the 2nd and
7th week of school?
2. Is there a significant difference in the mean stress level of STE
female students in the 2nd and 7th week of school?

Hypothesis:
There is no significant difference in the mean stress level of STE
female students in the 2nd and 7th week of school.

Research Design:

This study is classified as experimental research design. There are two

experimental variables in this study. The independent variable is the Pre
and Post Test while the dependent variable is the Stress Level.

Tests of Normality

Kolmogorov-Smirnova Shapiro-Wilk

Statistic df Sig. Statistic df Sig.

Pre-Test .117 21 .200* .922 21 .096

Post-Test .150 21 .200* .909 21 .053

Results:

This study aims to determine the mean stress level of STE

female students during the 2nd and 7th week of school. This data
was collected by testing and observing STE female students
during the 2nd and 7th week of school. The table below
summarizes the Mean, Median, Variance, etc.
To compare the mean stress level, a paired sample t-test was
utilized. Results showed that there is a significant difference in the
Stress Level of the Pre-test and Post-test, 20 = value, p<.846. The
Post-test and Pre-test had a medium effect on the Independent
Variable significally differ.

Paired Samples Statistics

Mean N Std. Deviation Std. Error Mean

Pair 1 Pre-Test 13.1429 21 3.65083 .79668

Post-Test 13.2381 21 3.09685 .67579

Conclusion:

There is a significant difference in the mean stress level of STE female

students in the 2nd and 7th week of school.
