Wow! I can’t believe it’s Novem-
ber already. I first would like to
apologize to everyone for missing
the September and October New-
letters. I guess the time just got
away from me. I would tell myself
“ I have time to work on it tomor-
row.” If you haven’t noticed, to-
morrow never comes. Just when
we think we have tomorrow, it’s a
new day, making tomorrow today.
Please forgive me for thinking I
had tomorrow. I am trying to
manage my time better then I
have in the past. I am working on
not putting things off until

I just recently returned home
from New York. I was out there
for two weeks for work. You never

people. I would like to share a
little right from Scott himself.
“About two weeks ago I had the
opportunity to go down to the
community school with some of
our high school students. They
went there to give each child a
toothbrush and lice shampoo.
Since I was going I decided to
take my balloons. Most of the
ministry kids that were going re-
membered how to make some of
the basic balloon creations. We
twisted balloons for about an
hour after passing out the health-
really appreciate what you have at
home and in your place of work un-
til you are placed somewhere else. I
went through so many emotions in
such a short time. I will share a lit-
tle bit of my trip with you. Before I
left, I was excited. I was going to a
new place. I could see things I have
never seen before. I would have the
chance to meet new people and
make new friends. Once I arrived at
the airport, my emotions switch on
me. I am now upset because my
gate had switched and no one told
me. Next, I am on the plane. My
emotions change again. This time I
am feeling a bit scared because the
plane is making an awful noise.
Next thing you know, we are
grounded until further notice due
to bad weather in La Guardia, New

care items. On this experience, I
realized how blessed our ministry
kids are and what an advantage
they have by receiving a bi-lingual
education that goes up through
the twelfth grade. The school we
went to only had three class-
rooms, and three teachers were
responsible for teaching 82 stu-
dents. The highest grade those
kids will ever be able to reach is
6th grade. But compared to our
standard I would say it would be
more like 3rd grade.

safe trip before I left. I began to
pray while I was on the plane. I
prayed God would calm my heart
and my nerves. I also prayed that
God would wrap his arms around
the whole plane and take over
and be the pilot. God was an-
swering my prayers without me
even realizing it. The flight was
delayed 2 1/2 hours, that’s longer
than the whole flight would have
taken. The next day, I saw on the
news that New York had hail the
size of soft balls. God was in con-
trol the whole time.
Prayer and Praise
 I want to thank my supporters
for their commitment to allow
me to minister the people of
Honduras .
 Thanks to four generous friends
who provided balloon supplies
for me to teach a balloon class to
the kids and adults on the ranch.
It should be starting in mid No-
vember .
 Please pray that God would pro-
vide the teachers that we need
for the end of the semester and
next school year.

Harvest Party:

The Gym was filled with Jumpers and people, at times all
the tables were full of people enjoying the food and
watching the children bounce on the jumpers . It was
nice to see the games that were set up for all ages, tod-
dlers all the way to adults. Thank you to all who partici-
pated and made TFMC’s 1st Harvest Party a huge success.
With the weather being chilly, it was nice having the Har-
vest party set up inside.

Kids Handbell Choir:

Children from 3 years old all the way to 5th grade can
come out and join the Kids Handbell Choir. Practices will
begin on November 10, 2010 and will be held every
Wednesday from 6:30pm-7:30pm in the sanctuary. No
experience is required.

Superintendent Thomas Ramundo
Here November 28

Superintendent Thomas and Noni Ramundo will be our

guests November 28, 2010 in both of our Sunday Morning
Worship Services. He is coming again, and he is an excellent
speaker that you are sure to enjoy. Make plans now to be at
TFMC on the 28th to hear our Superintendent give an update
on The Southern Michigan Conference and to deliver a mes-
sage that morning from the Lord. Superintendent Thomas
and Noni reside in Jackson, Michigan and the Conference Of-
fice Facilities are located in the Spring Arbor Free Methodist
Church Building. Do not miss out on this service!

Joyfest: November 20,2010

It’s that time of year again. Joyfest is here! Mark your calen-
dar for November 20, 2010 at 9am. Plan on making a family
day of it. Come out for a good time and some great fellowship.
We will have a rummage sale in the gym as well as Jimmy’s
Jumpers. Cyndi Hudgins and her team of helpers will be
serving food, drinks and snacks all day long for a small dona-
tion. You will have a chance to get some early Christmas
shopping done with all the crafters and vendor’s we will have
set up in the hallways. TFMC’s very own puppet team “
Handsfull of Purpose” and the drama team “All 4 Him” will
be performing. Our Praise and Worship band will be leading
the congregation in worship. Pastor Bill may even have some
tricks up his sleeve. You won’t want to miss this. Bring a
friend or two.
If you would like to donate something to the rummage sale,

some food, please see Cyndi Hudgins. What about a craft ta-
