INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENT REGISTRATION


Login to the Centre Login, as it appears below:

Please enter the Username and Password


sent to the registered Email ID.
Kinldy Note: The Login Credentials
(Username and Password) cannot be
changed.

Post login the landing page will be


Under Student Registration, please select Registration Form(PDF):

Take as many printouts of the “Student Registration Form” as needed and let the student fill
in the details and handover the same.

On receipt of all the student registration form, please select “Registration” from the drop down
under “Student Registration”:
Fill all the fields in Student Registration Info and submit. Again follow the process (select
“Registration” from the drop down under “Student Registration”) till all the students info are
captured and submitted.

After submitting the Student Registration Info, a Challan has to be generated for Payment.
Click on Generate Challan menu, it will direct to the below screen & click on “Generate New
Challan” to get the payment details:

After clicking on the Generate New Challan, the below screen will appear, click on the
“Generate Challan”, registration fee payable details for the Challan will be displayed:

Once Challan is generated, go to “Payments” Menu –

Online Payment: Registration fee can also be paid through Online Payment. Click the “Online
Payment” menu it will direct you to the below screen & click on the “Pay Online” to proceed:
Click on the “Proceed to Payment” to make an online payment.

Once clicking on the Proceed the payment gateway screen will appear and proceed to enter the
relevant details as shown below for making Online Payment.

After the successful completion of payment the below screen will appear with the transaction
details; click on Proceed to complete the Registration Process:
OFFLINE PAYMENTS:-

After generating Challan, go to “Payments” Menu and click on the Offline Payment, it will
direct to the below screen & click on the Print:

PDF will appear as shown below and download the Challan and payment can be made in
any nearest Branch; collect NEFT /RTGS paying-in-slip from the bank and through
Cheque, Demand Draft or Cash deposit and make the payment to the account details as
mentioned in the Challan.
Post successful payment process, kindly scan the Counter Foil and Upload as shown in the
below screen & click on submit to complete the Student Registration process.
