ARGENTINA PEANUT CROP UPDATE – The Argentina peanut sector reports an excellent week with climatic conditions good for
progress in harvesting the peanut crop. The area experienced an entry of cold and dry air from the South, accompanied with sunshine
without the morning fogs. Some losses are occurring from peanuts that have been dug a long time, but overall the percentage of
peanut gathered are excellent and do not have quality problems. If weather holds, Argentina harvesting should be at least 70/75%
completed this week and could finish in the next 15 days.
