CHECK IN
VALID PHOTO ID
For everyone’s security, our staff has to make sure that your photo ID matches your name on your printed itinerary. For
senior citizens, persons with disability and students, the OSCA ID, PWD ID and student ID must be presented upon check
in.
PAYMENTS
For customers who chose to pay via Dragonpay, please pay within the timeframe allowed by Dragonpay as stated in the
email sent by Dragonpay. Failure to do so may lead to the cancellation of your booking. You may need to rebook again to
continue with your trip.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Each person is allowed to bring not more than fifty (50) kilos of personal belongings.
In case you are bringing commercial goods, a fee of PHP 10.00 per kilo will be charged to you at the port.
In case you are bringing your vehicle, please bring your vehicle's OR (Official Receipt) and CR (Certificate of
Registration) and present it to the Port Officer at the marshalling area upon arrival
REBOOKING
1. Passenger can rebook at least one (1) day prior to the schedule trip.
2. Rebooking is subject to slot availability.
3. Rebooking fee applies - 10% of the fare.
4. For trip rebooking due to weather and technical concerns, no rebooking fee shall be applied.
TRIP CANCELLATIONS
1. Passenger can cancel his/her booking at least one (1) day prior to the schedule trip.
2. Cancellation fee applies - 20% of the fare.
3. For trip cancellations due to weather and technical concerns, no cancellation fee shall be applied.
In case of rebooking or trip cancellations, you may coordinate with any of our ticketing booth agents or to your nearest
accredited travel agencies.

Online bookers may request to reschedule their trip 2 days before the original schedule, however, it is subject to
availability of seats.
REFUND
1. WHERE TO ASK FOR REFUND: Refund requests should be coordinated and processed by corresponding ticket
sellers where customers bought tickets (i.e. website, travel agent, ticketing office).
2. WHEN REQUEST FOR REFUND APPLIES: Requests for cancelling your booking and request for refund must be
made at least 1 day before your trip.
3. REFUNDABLE AMOUNT: Only base fare is refundable under acceptable reasons listed below. Other fees such as
service fee, convenience fee and web admin fee are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR REFUND and CANCELLATION FEE:
A. Trip Cancellations due to weather or technical concerns
B. Other reasons - 20% cancellation fee will apply:
Preference to other shipping lines, Preference to other transportation mode, Negligence of Ship's Departure
time
Personal reasons/Change of mind
