6. for applicants for a Master's degree course place, your first degree
certificate and, where necessary, additional evidence of achievement in
accordance with the admissions and selection provisions for the
Master's degree course.

I hereby consent to my data being processed by Otto von Guericke University
Magdeburg (OVGU) for selection purposes and forwarded to those persons involved
in the selection procedure. In the event of my admission to the Germany Scholarship
programme at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, I agree to my address, fax
and telephone numbers, my email address and my field of study being passed to
fellow scholarship holders, sponsors and offices of the University provided that there
is a direct connection with my membership of the scholarship programme.
Furthermore, I consent to the publication of my details in connection with the
Germany Scholarship at OVGU.

In so far as I am applying as a student for a Germany Scholarship, I hereby also agree

to the examination data required to calculate an average grade being made available
by the examinations office in the form of a status sheet.

I am aware that I may only use the details of fellow scholarship holders provided to
me for the purposes of making contact. In particular, it is forbidden to forward details
of fellow scholarship holders to third parties without their agreement.

I hereby consent to my application documents remaining on files at Otto von

Guericke University Magdeburg (including in the event of the withdrawal of my
application).

I am aware that Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg is obliged to provide the
following data to the Federal and/or State Ministry of Education and Research on
request to prevent duplicate funding: last and first names, date of birth, address and
university location of those persons in receipt of a scholarship. Furthermore, I am
aware that the University is obliged to provide information on the following every
year for the previous calendar year for each scholarship holder so that statistics can
be maintained with regard to funding provided in accordance with this law: Gender,
nationality, type of degree targeted, type of training centre and legal status, field of
study, total number of semesters enrolled at university, number of semesters for
credit, number of scholarship months, receipt of payments in accordance with BAföG.
