Our packages are inclusive of the following amenities for free:

1. Elegant buffet table set-up with centerpiece

2. Drinking glasses, plates, cutleries, and utensils
3. Uniformed and trained waiters
4. Distilled drinking water and ice cubes

Our proposal is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Minimum of 50 persons or total package price of P30,000, whichever is higher

2. Following can be provided with additional charge:
• Round table x 8 with floor length white cover @ P180 each
• Chair with cover @ P25 each
3. 50% down payment must be paid upon confirmation
4. 50% full payment immediately after the function proper
5. 50% of the contract price will be forfeited for any cancellation (depending on what was used already)
6. There is an overtime fee of P100/hour for each waiter after 5 hours of service from eating time.
7. Should the actual number guests exceed the agreed number of guests, client agrees to pay the cost for the
additional number of persons.
8. Should there be any losses or breakages of the equipment at the venue, client agrees to pay for these costs on
top of the contract price.
9. Any refund can be claimed 1 week after the cancellation has been made in the form of cash to the engager or
its authorized representative.
