Ms. Grenadier:

This is a collective response to your seven emails dated March 29, 2018, addressed to several
VSB staff members and others, referencing complaints filed against Neil Gurvitch, Ilona
Heckman, Heather Jenquine, Lisa Levi, Andrea Moseley, Arlene Starace, and John Tran.

Your requests in each email are identical, and request no. 10 states: “all other VSB documents
that are related to the Complaints filed by Janice Wolk Grenadier since 2009.” Therefore,
our response to requests 1 through 9 will include every complaint you have filed since 2009,
which includes those complaints noted above.

Requests 1-4:

“1. All VSB Intake Investigative documents:

2. All VSB Bar Counsel Investigative documents;
3. All VSB Investigators' Notes, Memoranda, Exhibits and Investigative Reports;
4. All VSB District Committee documents of any nature;”

Response to Requests 1–4: The records you request do not exist. If such records did exist,
they would be exempt pursuant to Part 6, Section IV, Paragraph 13-30.A of the Rules of the
Supreme Court of Virginia unless introduced at a public hearing or incorporated in a pending
Certification or Charge of Misconduct on the public District Committee hearing docket.

Request 5:

“5. All VSB documents disposing or dismissing any of the Complaints filed by Ms. Grenadier
since 2009;”
