I, David Robertson declare the Computer to be fully functional without any disabilities
in its operations (other than any noted above). I shall honor a refund of the full
purchase price in the event the computer should fail to function within fourteen (14)
days, providing there is no evidence of physical abuse or trauma to the computer.

I, Janice Whyte have examined the Computer and agree with the identification,
specifications, and overall physical condition. I accept that I have up to fourteen (14)
days to make any claim for refund based upon the functional failure of the computer in
the absence of physical abuse or trauma.
