Position: General Maintenance Technician - Local

The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort located at Vommuli Island, Dhaalu Atoll Maldives is currently hiring a
Preventative & Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities Include: Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room
equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry
equipment. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Display basic
knowledge in air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic
systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or
general building. The Preventative Maintenance Technician is required to conduct their duties in a
courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with St. Regis – Maldives policies and procedures,
ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma / G.E.D. Equivalent with relevant experience.
