RESTAURANT MANAGER
To coordinate the activities of the restaurant, as needed, in order to deliver quality products and
services to guests. Achieve a high level of guests satisfaction while maintaining a high level of service
as per LUX* Brand Standards.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• Supervision of all team members in reference to scheduling, service standards, training,
motivation, development and safety.
• To ensure that restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards for guests and colleagues.
• Visually inspect and take action to ensure that all areas of responsibility are consistently
appealing, attractive and in line with LUX* brand standards.
• Monitor food/product quality and guest satisfaction in restaurant.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food.
• Document inventory forecast usage and monitor supply so that restaurant is stocked with linen,
glassware, silverware, and condiments in order to provide excellent service.
• Participate in marketing efforts.
• Responsible to assist team in performing all duties when necessary to ensure proper coverage at
all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Chinese Speaking
• College Degree in Hotel Management or other related field
• Knowledgeable in computer applications such as MS Office programs
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Dynamic and energetic leader who thinks outside the box
• “Hands-on” attitude
• Remote/hardship experience
• Multicultural exposure
• 2 - 4 years of previous experience in the same position
