Organizations are concerned about identifying the resources and activities that can
generate diferences to ensure competitivity and financial results, also the difference
must guarantee the stakeholders to perceive a significant added value: overcoming
the traditional common elements, the tendency has been expressed by the
recognition of knowledge as the key element, generator of that difference and of
people as the resources holders to guarantee that trough the approppriation and
development of that knowledge they will become the talents the companies need for
their positioning and development.

Formational purposes (*)

General Objective
Provide knowledge and tools to the attendants to allow them to understand the
importance of the Human Resources Management area as a significant support for the
organizational strategy.

At the end of the course, the student will be able to:

• Learn the different approaches of the administrative science about the


processes and elements of the human resources management in the
organizations
• Meet and understand the organizational culture as a key element for the
people – organization relationship.
• Understand the importance of the different elements that define the actions of
the manager as administrative leader in the organization.
• Strengthen and develop administrative skills regarding strategic processes
related to people in the organizations.
