October Results & Recognition  November 2010

Dear miracles,

I just want to say a huge thank you to all of you my awesome unit for making this past month of Oct
once of our best ever!! We were so close to Cadillac Unit production which is $20,000 w/s orders
( we did $18,700) I am so grateful and proud of our unit. each and everyone one of you is so valu-
able to me, no matter how small the order is , it all helps!

Several of you have earned a ring from me so please review last months Newsletter to
see what you qualify for, and I do need you to let me know what ring you want as well as
the size. It will be a couple of weeks to get order in and then it will arrive and I will be
sending them out.

Our unit goal once again for the month of November is $20,000 w/s. This month as well is double up
for recruiting so please see the Mary Kay home page for that info.

A Special Congratulations to Terina, Connie and Rosemarie for being on track for the Court of
Sales, these gals will be coming with me to leadership conference this year which is also a special
promo. I would love for more gals to come with me .. see details of that as well.

I am also on track for winning the Mary Kay Diamond ring and it is beautiful! This year is going to be
a great year and thanks to all of you and everything we do to promote the Mary Kay products and
career.

This is a great business, do you know of anyone that is looking for a business, please let me know.
If you are not interested in building your team send them my way or to your recruiters way, the more
the merrier.. and who wouldn't want to get products off @%50 or make a 50% commission, and take
advantage of the tax breaks. Maybe even you would like to pursue this more as a business, just let
me know I am here to help!
