Scientific article

Title

The smallest possible number of words describing the content of the article is

used.

Author or authors

It must be under the article and on the right margin should appear the name of

the author or authors, in alphabetical order, with a superscript that refers to the

footer. There, at the bottom of the page, you should read the profession, the last

academic title, the University that endorses it and the email.

Summary

Write the most important actions of an article. The abstract must be written in

both English and Spanish according to the requirements of the journal.

Keywords

Five keywords, written in alphabetical order. These should be written in both

Spanish and English.

Introduction

Its purpose is to indicate the problem investigated and to give the reader the

events of the case. And must answer the question What was studied ?.

Methods

Its purpose is to describe the experiments in sufficient detail, the methods

answer the question How did you study the problem?

Results
Its purpose is to present the new information obtained in the study about

which it is reported. The results should answer the question, what were the results or

findings?

Discussion

It is where the important points are expressed in terms of conclusions and the

discussion answers the question What do these results mean for the academic and / or

scientific community?

Recognition or credit is given to people and organizations for help, during the

execution and writing of the work.

Alphabetical list based on authors and years of the works cited in the article.

In our case, we will follow APA standards


THE ENUMERATIVE COMA

The enumerative comma is the one that is necessary to separate similar items

from a list. in general, the graphic mark known as the comma (,) is used to indicate a

brief pause in reading.

In the particular case of the enumerative comma, its main purpose is to

enumerate, delimiting coordinated units in a series.

These series can be words, phrases and clauses that have the same syntactic

function; that is, subject, direct object, indirect object and others. (Castillo, 2005)

EXAMPLE

He had a job of pompous title, modest salary, illicit appropriations and

flexible schedule: Director of Information of Pan American Radio. It consisted of

cutting out the interesting news that appeared in the newspapers and makeup them a

little so that they could be read in the bulletins.
