PLATAPORMA (ACT – PSP)
* hold conference with the principal/school head to
resolve some teacher's concerns/issues such as the
following:
A. fair loading based on DepEd standards
B. round-robin assignment for grade level chairman and
subject coordinatorship at least for one or two years - to
give chance for others to showcase their potential and
leadership skills
C. faculty room - to establish camaraderie /
brotherhood / unity as faculty members and one family
and to strengthen harmonious relationship among each
other
D. strong/dynamic and caring club officers –
a. to unify the teachers
b. to air out their concern and listen to them c. to
defend the organization/members in times of crucial
situations
d. to revive the rights of teachers based on Magna
Carta for Teachers and code of ethics
E. teachers' coop
a. to help augment teachers' financial capabilities
b. to assist teachers in times of financial needs
c. to strengthen teachers' harmonious relationship
d. to be able to produce dividends and other
benefits for the welfare of all members
F. seminars - for professional growth and promotions /
good for CPD points
G. others - school environment
