Skills: listening, reading, speaking, writing

Vocabulary: experiences in a foreign country

Aims:
− to give Ss practice in listening, reading, speaking and writing skills
− to reinforce Ss vocabulary and enrich it with new words
− to work individually, in pairs and in groups
− to make Ss communicate with each other
− to make Ss enjoy studying English

Objectives: by the end of the lesson Ss will be able to:


1. to describe customs in their country
2. to describe positive/negative experiences they have had in a foreign country
3. to listen and to read for specific information

TEACHING AIDS: tape, blackboard, coloured chalk, posters, flip chart, handouts
