Is there any person who can teach all level of the students and confidentially said all my
students are satisfied with my teaching? It is perhaps impossible min most of the cases (Dines’).
So the teaching profession should be differentiable according to not only students level,
interest, etc but also the nature of the content. Now a days the perception of students and others
towards the teacher is different. Teaching is not imposing the content. It is the process of
fostering the students’ innate capacity and restructuring students previously gained knowledge in
new context. So for that purpose the teacher’s role is most important. The teacher should create
that kind of environment and facilitating the students to work with in small groups and construct
