‘ofthe Zoning Board of Appeals and moving fora stay of the Certificate of Appropriateness
allowing the destruction of four London Plane Trees in Lytle Park (‘the trees"),
Destruction of the trees is in now progress, hence irreparable harm will result from
further delay that would be necessary to give notice to the defendant. For good cause
shown, the Board of Park Commissioners and all agents and employees thereof are hereby
enjoined from destroying, cutting down, or otherwise altering the trees until further order
of this Court or as provided for by law or rule. Bond of $100 has been-posted to secure
