Project Strategies.
A] Taking Acceptance test and handing over of Plant to EPC contractor with prescribed process
manuals.
B] Monthly budget allocation and clearance of invoice as per original Contract value.
C] Review of Drawings/Data sheets/PIDs/Isometric etc.
D] Review of Quality Assurance Plan for the Project.
E] Preparation of suitable improvement plan on long term basis.
F] Implementation of Quality Circle Culture in the department and facilitator of the quality circle.
Legal& Liasioning
A] Project Proposals, Cost Estimation and Tendering, Project Planning & Scheduling Techniques.
B] Techno-commercial negotiations and Techno-commercial evaluation of Client’s Offer.
C] Coordination with local and central statutory authorities for different clearances.
D] Taking Financial & Commercial decisions for the projects.
E] Delivering timely placement of the techno commercially clear order to the Selected Bidder or Sub-
