Internship Terms & Conditions

1. Filling out the Student Internship Application Form does not mean that you are
guaranteed an
internship.
2. Iqra University will try its best to find and arrange an internship which is a close
match of your area
of interest however an exact match is not guaranteed.
3. If an internship is currently not available in your area of interest then you will be
assigned to an
internship opportunity related to your area of study.
4. If an internship is arranged for you then you are bound to join & complete it.
5. Stipend is not guaranteed during the internship.
6. After successful completion of internship it is not guaranteed that internship
offering company will
offer you a job.
7. “Near to home internship” is not guaranteed.
8. In case your answer to point no. 6 (Student Internship Application Form) is ‘Yes’
then you may have
to travel/stay outside of Karachi. You are also required to get approval from your
parents or
guardians.
9. Karachi based internships may requires you to travel within the city to perform the
duties assigned
to you during the internship.
10. You will obey all the office rules and regulations of internship providing company.
11. You will maintain highest level of professionalism and observe proper dress code
during your
internship.
12. At the end of your internship you are bound to submit a report regarding your
learning
Experience / Achievements and relationship building during your internship
period. You are also
required to provide a “certificate of successful internship completion” issued by
the internship
providing company assigned to you.
